What is the Order

What is the correct order?? becuase im about to follow this guide on this site for flashing my phone.

im doing it myselft because i found out that i can flash my phone to metro and bring it in and activate it

Soo yea back to my question. and heres what i think : Do i

1. Unlock the phone
2.Flash my phone
3. Bring to store activate my phone
4. Get internet and picture messageing to work
5. Then install custom Rom. And mobile shell Theme

Is that about right guys??

P.S : where can i download a Registry Editor to edit the following value:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\WspHeader]

yes, that is the correct order to do things, if you search this site for registry editor it will come up with many results, i use an extension for Resco Explorer that lets you view/edit registry values. butb there are standalone apps as well, such as PHM registry editor.

Thankss dudee! now i just found out that metro charges you to find a ESN!! soo i guess i diddent find a loop hole in the system

umm i think steps 2 and 5 are the same... "flashing" your phone is installin a custom rom.... and I would wait to do step four of getting internet and pic mail to work until after step five, becuse if you do it befor you flash a custom rom, you may end up just having to do it again after you flash...lol... just my two cents... and as far as registry editor... venumx said it all!
