Counter-Rumor: Pixi coming later than October 20




It was just yesterday that Boy Genius Report came out with the claim that the Palm Pixi would be launching on October 20, and already somebody has come forth saying “Its not so.” That somebody is Engadget, whose sources “definitely have a better perspective on [the Pixis] launch, and the word is that the aforementioned date is not accurate.” Engadget still believes that the Pixi will launch “well before the holidays,” and were inclined to agree, and we have to admit that while October 20 would have been all sorts of awesome, it was also just all sorts off too early.
