Art Store on Samsung's The Frame TV gets Museum of Modern Arts paintings Samsung has partnered with the Museum of Modern Arts to bring 27 art pieces and paintings from the latter's collection. Those artworks include Claude Monet's ‘Water Lillies,' Georgia O'Keeffe's ‘Evening Star III,' Hannah Höch's ‘Untitled (Dada),' and Piet Mondrian's ‘Trafalgar Square.' With the addition of these artworks, The Frame TV's Art Store now has over 2,500 art pieces in 4K resolution. The South Korean firm has partnered with several art galleries, artists, and museums to bring their artwork to the Art Store. Some of those include artworks by Salvador Dalí and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Users can either purchase those paintings or pay a monthly subscription fee to access them. If you don't already know, The Frame TV has a matte screen with dual-LED backlighting that makes the screen look like a piece of real paper or canvas when artwork or paintings are displayed. Moreover, the TV's bezels make it appear like a real photo frame, turning the TV into a piece of art when the user isn't actively watching any content. You can use its magnetic mechanism to*replace the bezels with the ones that suit your home's interiors. Kim Sang-yoon, executive vice president of Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display Business, said, “Samsung redefines the home entertainment experience through continuous innovation. Our collaboration with MoMA brings culturally significant works into millions of homes, allowing people to connect with art in surprising ways.” The post The Frame TV to get Museum of Modern Art’s paintings and artworks appeared first on SamMobile.
