theres awhole bunch of folders in there it does work but you need wisbar advance desktop and wisbar advance to make this theme work... lots of customizing... if you want a vista theme look under ppc themes some mor and there are some there or request andwe can get one made for you custom done with whatever pics that ryou want

is it possible to just get the vista looking bar and not the whole vista theme.I just want to change the start menu icon to the vistas one.

yes wisbar advance download it than there skins in the wisbar skins area under customizaion

every time I go to import it dosent show up as a skin file.and when I click all files it shows up but dosent get added to the theme list.

are you using wisbar advance desktop AND wisbar advance.... there has also been problems with wisbar advance 3 on the vogue and the mogul so that might be doing it too.

well if its a cab fille download it to your pc first that drag it over to your mogul and then on the mogull double click the file and it will install
