Im sorry but moose doesnt seem to know that i830 boost phones cannot be unlocked.

I have done some and the people say they work, so i dont know....I have heard that only the newer firmware version cannot be unlocked...Try it and see...

Download and install carrier 10 in the downloads section of this site. If u dont have it already.

Read the code plug by clicking file and Read Phone. Save the codeplug

then post it on this site and one of the mods or i will mod your cp..

thanks for the help.... however, i'm having trouble opening the cp with my rss. It's the same program I read the 830 with... like R01.16.09.. but I get this everytime I try to open the cp to load it back on the 830... "This version of the application does not support this codeplug version. Use an earlier version of the application." I have an older version of RSS around here but it won't read my 830..

umm i duno u could try and find an older version and see if that works or maby try reading the fone then once you see that cp try to open the new and new then close the one u just read from your fone an select write to fone

already tried opening the phone, then opening the cp... didn't work.. will try to find an older version of RSS that will open the cp, i guess....
