k go into start/settings/today and uncheck the htc home plugin and make sure ultimate launcher is plugged in adn you should be set.

BRo please read this thread this has been discuused many many countlees times... You need to go to start/settings/personal/today items tab.. uncheck everything but ultimate laucher and highlight Ultimate luancher and click move up till it is first on the list!! PLEASE READ and SEARCH before posting!! The videos should help you!!

Ive Looked And Watched Videos But No Such Thing Has Been Explained. What You And Dash Ask Me To Do Didnt Work. Htc Home Is Still On Top And Ul Is On Bottom. When I Had It Correct They Were One In The Same. Anything Else You Two Can Think Of?

bro if you onyl ahve ultimate launch checked than the htc homeplugin woudlnt be present on the today screen at all.... so you have it checked still..... so make sure its unchecked and only ultimate launch out of the two are checked.

Dash, no prob on the sounding mean thing. I understand it can be frustrating dealing with a lot of people who don't know and ask the same Qs. I'm guilty. Anyway, my Ultimate Launcher works fine now. I added telenav to one of my tabs and it froze after I finished the set up. No Start up boxes were clicked. Either way, after two soft resets it worked fine again. And somehow my Flo App is working better now as well (I was having trouble w it before). I've been immersed in all of this the last few days, and your website has revolutionized my phone, so thanks. I've downloaded everything on your list and most of it is great. Anyway, I'm learning everyday, and at the risk of sounding corny, it's exciting. Thanks again to all who contribute and sorry for this LONG ass post, but it'll be the only one this long. Thanks again!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who researched this. I added it and had to do a hard reset due to the sync freezing on the screen. So I came back and read the entire thread and reinstalled, now it's working perfectly and my phone is looking hot! Thanks so much!!:yahoo:

lol ok go to the touchflo cinfig and i guarte that the way you ar swiping has internet explorer set to it and your opening while also changing the page..... tell me if this is ht eproblem.... to ix tis jus delete everythign on that line and leave it blank than you shouldnt experience this problem anymore. let us know bro.

I don't know if I installed the cab in the wrong place. I always install under my documents. I have followed setting to make sure that it works but nothing. In my today settings, I have htc home and ultimate launch. However my screen won't cube. I tried on the top and the bottom. Thanks in advance.

Also if I have my htc home plug in checked it shows up on the bottom not the top. I changed this to top in setting but it is still in the bottom. If I uncheck the htc home plug nothing works. Please help.

you have to double click a cab it installs under main memory ro storage carsd i have the cabs on my storage card and save and install to the main memory........... so as long as you have it installed the cab doesnt matter you can just delete.

2. add home to UL
3. check UL
4. Done

just do a search or you can just use one of the themes that are in the themes section form the side emnu. and in the future please use the search feature located below the sites banner to get your answers becasue this thread doesnt deal with the color of the bars but ultimate launch instead.....Thanks for understanding.......

I have a HTC Touch and want to install this but before I do, I cooked up my own ROM using the kitchen-I guess my question is, is TOUCH FLOW needed to be installed on the phone for this program to work properly? I disabled the option and making my ROM because I never used it before; if so, can someone please post the latest version of it?

Touchflo not necessary. It actually conflicts a little sometimes. Works great on a mogul with no touchflo...

Hey, I got the program working fine on my phone, but I would like ultimate launch where the HTC home is...ultimate launch is below HTC at the bottom, so I went into START, then SETTINGS, then PERSONAL, then TODAY, and finally (lol) ITEMS and am trying to put ultimatelaunch ABOVE HTC Home but it will not let me, is there some sort of registry edit to allow this?

you have to uncheck HTC Home and then make a plugin page in ultimate launch and put HTC Home inside ultimate launch...i'm pretty sure it shows how to make a plugin page in one of the videos

Still no go, tried that and soft reset my device and nothing. From what I remember when I had my Mogul (currently a Touch now) there was a registry tweak that when changed the VALUE I was able to move items above the HTC Home plugin located from the TODAY screen.

okay but if you do what i told you to do (which is disable the plugin from the today screen altogether) then HTC Home plugin will not need to be on the today screen only ultimate launch...and ultimate launch would have a tab that includes HTC Home in it

Is there a way to set up just one side of the cube to be the theme that you have active. For example on the first side of my cube I only want it to have mesh.txt or spiderman.txt and nothing else Thanks in advance as always.

Yes. I used to do this and have a blank cube side. Just make a new tab in UL, and pick shortcuts/systemstate, but don't select any icons/progs for that side.

I think that's what you were asking. If you wanted to actually have a cube side/tab AS a different theme than what you're already running, no, but a blank cube side will let you have your whole theme by itself on a side.

where do you want it????? if you dont want it at the bottom on the main page just uncheck from start/settings/personal/today/items and than add it to ultimate launch on a tab

there is a very large library of themes for you to look at look @ the side and you willl see a mobile themes link and then go into the ppc theme area and there are loads

bro this thread is soooooo long because people like you dont read it has been said many times. you have it starting on setup and have the tab checked fro activesync...... take a look and mine and kaos's setup along with jews in the videos in the first post where we show the settings and than copy those and you will be fine........

most likely sometimes you will be able to get it to boot but doesnt look good..... thats why it is better to read before you do i always do it.

When I first installed this app a while back ago, it froze all of the time, especially after changing settings. at some point, someone made the comment that "On Demand" might interfere with it and/or S2U2. I eventually hard reset my phone and did not install S2U2 and did not start "on Demand." I have had no issues with Ultimate since. I re-installed S2U2 today, and so far, so good. So definitely stay away from "on Demand." Just thought I'd confirm that theory from a while back in case people are still messing with this app.
