what you will need to do is go to file explorer than to the main memory and search through all the folders and see if there is any of the files of the two programs that you deleted left over if there is delete them. and for the registry you can use any registry editor. most use resco registry editor. look for the programs folder under the local machine tab and than look through that for the files that you deleted but the first way should do it for you. after you look through that and get rid of them try a soft reset and than see if that helps if not go to step two which is the registry setting . but be careful messing with the registry setting and deleting or changing the wrong key or string can brick the phone and make it an expensive paperweight.
