no you cannot at any time do a restore after you flash to a new rom it will cause mad crazy conflicts.
Well on my phone if i enter ##778 i get to the EPST settings...usually i enter six 0's and when I tried the msl number it just says invalid password.
The verizon techs will not give me that info...tried 3 times already
