Try replacing the people[contacts] "tiny icon + mask" with the stock blue people tiny icon + mask and report back to me if that fixed your issue.
i wouldnt know which file is it, can you please attach it so i can replace it?? if it works, ill convert the fully working theme in M2DC format and provide it so you can post it in the first post my friend
