I believe this isn't possible to change via text, its the carrier who sets a size limit.....but you could always send via bluetooth if you next to each other, our use arcsoft to send a file or folder that way...you can change size limit through the registry in arcsoft, i have mine up to like 7mb at the moment...can make it bigger if i wish...
I agree, that is the only and best way I know of.
