Voiding the warranty ?

Does using third part applications and themes VOID the manufacturer's warranty ?

no it does not (well depends on the manufacturer and some progs like overclocking might void the warenty but you should be fine)

naw you will be fine with putting third party apps on. the only thing you have to worry bout is custom roms made by others and you can easily flash those back to the official sprint ones.

Thank you DASH. But where do you think I will get original ROM for HTC TOUCH DUAL ? Will it be their website or with a CD that comes with the phone ?

I couldnt find the ROM on their website. I think I should wait till I get my phone, may be I will find it on the CD. Is there any other website I can find ROM for Dual other than HTC's website ?

wait if you havent got the phone yet what you worried bout????? (you can find all roms at htc.com also) the rom comes preinstalled on the phone.
