I found a cracked version 1.2 but am not sure if I could include it here or start a new thread. Also, I know that there is a specific way to enter the links, so if anyone can please provide me a little guidance, I will provide the information that I had found.

So far I really like this app. It runs very smoothly. Seems to sync well. Has a nice today plug in that fits very well below UL with HTC Home (I set the hight of the UL to 220 pixels) which puts the plug in right at the bottom, about 3 pixels above my soft key titles. Contact editing and new contacts are done through the standard contact interface (nothing special through PhonEx). Smooth finger scrolling.

Hopefully I coded the above link correctly. Thanks for the guidance

Just a note: I have discovered that it does not like to play well with S2A...I turned off the S2A in the settings of S2U2 and it seems to work very well now. Apparently they both wanted to do the same things at the same time. This still has an accept and a decline option (much like S2A) so in my mind, you really dont lose much if anything IMO.

Hey, I really like the program but it has some bugs. First when you make or answer a call the backlight stays on throughout the entire call. There is no way of changing that. Before I installed the program my stock phone dialer did not do that, it would stay on for the normal power option settings/time. The other thing is choosing photos for caller id, it will not let you pick most photos! My camera takes like 3mb file size pictures and phone ex will not let me apply them. Yet the stock htc and windows mobile software contact manager would let me. Third thing is the memory issues. When you first boot its fine doesnt hog or leak memory. But as you use Phone Ex's functions and features(and yes I make sure they are closed) the memory starts to leak. I hate to say this but I would stay away from this program as my phone has been acting up every since/ stalling/ icons not showing up etc..I have uninstalled it and did a registry restore and it helped so far with the phone stalling problems and icons but currently no fix for the programs actual bugs while installed on phone.. good times

I did not notice the backlight issue, but I did start to really pay attention to the memory issue. I agree, there is definitely a memory leak (or maybe more appropriately a memory black hole). I know that i have loaded and removed alot of progs as I am learning and evaluating and figured that was a big part of the problem. However, after reading your post and starting to pay more attention, I definitely have to agree that the memory black hole is a big problem.

welcome back!! and yes many people do like this... i use the mobile shell myself but this one is not bad if your looking for the extra features that it offers.
