<Manila Rhodium TF3D2 V2 Sprint Touch Pro Beta ROM HERE>

The cab file below is something I made to increase in sensitivity for the entire phone not just TF3D2. It was not able to cook in due to the complex settings that the kitchen rejected.

NOTE:
There is also a goodies file for those who enjoy the rhodium enhancements, goodies from tf3d2 like tp2 volume,start menu and notifications which was not cooked in the Pro TF3D rom, but was for the TF3D2 rom. There is also a task bar zip attached for those who are having the issue with the stock battery meter displaying the wrong amount of battery power.

HOTFIX: CLASSIC WORD COMPLETION
FOR PEOPLE HAVING ISSUE WITH THE ON SCREEN KEYBOARD NOT GOING TO ABC MODE. INSTALL TO DEVICE AND SOFT RESET

***SPRINT TOUCH PRO ONLY (kinda, shown by others to work on Verizon and Telus, must install carrier cab after flash and HR, dont forget to pull the battery AS YOU SHOULD AFTER EVERY FLASH)
***All known bugs have been fixed. Install updates, and MAKE SURE that if you are downloading fixes, that they are for this rom, and for which version.
***Make sure that you download to PC, UNRAR and then load; if in doubt, please check NOOB guides for step by step instructions.
***#1 issue so far, boot/splash screen wont go away after flashing to another rom. First, why change ROMS? This one rocks. But if you do, you need to flash to stock rom with radio, and pull battery and hard reset. Look in the STOCK ROMS thread.
***Check cabbed extras in first post. Also, check in Taylors sig for tweaks and such. 
***IF YOU ARE USING TF3D2, you need to make sure that you use themes for that version and NOT TF3D. 
***If you are here because of a video, the theme in the screenshots is BBextreme TF3D2 theme in our TF3D2 theme section
***Check radio if having issues, 1.11 (per Taylor)
***Internet, GPS, or tethering issues - get advance config or diamond tweaks....under data settings...enable AGPS....should solve your GPS issue and/or go to start/settings/system/external gps, and pick com0. Tethering issue....are you in a good ev coverage?
***Data connection staying on  use advanced config and change the time, 1 min or something like that.
***Default pagepool set at 6, leave it there
***Installing start menu cabs will be blank, no start menu built in. Just slide your finger.
***Change bars to other colors??? UI Tweaker
***All known bugs have been fixed. TF3D2 is BETA, your bugs will come from it. 
***Want original start menu from TF3d-2, CHECK CABS in first post.
***Opera as default, all html,xml.ftp,http, and all other associated files extensions will open with Opera, check first post for cab.
***Tag to show support, in first post.
***Turn off or on SMS sent message ---- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settin gs] 2 get SMSNoSentMsg change to 1 - and to have it pop up again change it to 0
***Weather, custom city, cooked in.
***Sprint Picture Mail not working. Arcsoft is built in, and cannot be removed, is the best picture mail app. Inboxextender works with Arcsoft and adds “mark all as read” and “delete all” to your menu.
***Suggest using extra cabs for sensitivity and landscape
***Internet problems, make sure that you pull battery and hard reset after ANY flash.
***Office 2007 is built in, read the first post page pool to see what all is loaded in this rom.
***On screen keyboard goes straight to numbers and cant change, never an issue with testers, make sure you pull battery and HR after flash.
***To change start icon, you need to rename/replace ~ shellres.192.dll.0409.mui ~ nine added both start and wait icons together in the dll so when you replace it you will lose the custom wait icon as well and revert back to original rainbow one. 
***In call volume adjustment issues? go to HKLM/Software/HTC/VolumeOverlay ~ check and see if AdjustVolInScreen is set to one. if not change it to 1 and soft reset and you will be fine.
***##786# thing is master reset, doesnt remove rom just all settings and themes and stuff
***Clock issues - Workaround:Go into Settings\System\Clock & Alarms and set your correct time zone. If touchflo's time is off by one hour, go into World Clock and adjust the time accordingly. Go back into Clock & Alarms and change the time zone back to what you selected. Do NOT go into World Clock or Alarm view as it will set the time zone wrong again. 
***If you flash to another rom THAT DOES NOT HAVE A RADIO SPLASH SCREEN COOKED IN, the ATR screen will remain. Only way to remove it is to flash to a rom with a different radio splash screen.
***Where do I get the ppckitchen from ~~ http://www.ppckitchen.org/
***Videos wont play = its the TP2 album. Solely for uploading videos for youtube, You can download an app for videos.
***Hotmail not working? Intermittent, fix for it, check first post. Win Live cab asks for overwrite, hit yes.
***Opera auto-rotating with the g-sensor issues, look into Gyrator 2
***There is the cab to allow rotation for Opera, realized people were going to start asking for other apps, and programs, check first post for cabs
***duplicate office icons, go into your windows folder/ start menu/ programs, and delete the extra icons.
***Button combination to hard reset from cold power state is…. While the phone is OFF hold down Vol down and the center button then hold down power button (still holding down the other two) and just continue holding all 3 and then wait till it comes up.

I do not do a lot of phone usage, but I check my email, make about 1-3 hours of phone calls a day, and do casual internet surfing. My phone has been on for about 20 hours and the battery life is about 80%. Amazing! I wish I knew how you guys do what you do.

The Rom is scandalous ya dig.. i just have one problem.. i have Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox and everytime i try to download the attachments they download and instantly disapear and I can't find them on my computer after that.. I really need to hotfix for the abc/t9 fix.. that things makes me mad.. any help, i already tried to go into the settings on mozilla and tried to make a destination for all downloads to download to a specific folder and it goes there and when it's done downloading it disapears.. help please and thank you =]

renaming the cooked in file wont change it.....you need to install and new start icon with the same associated name.....it needs to be named shellres.192.dll

Are you saying you did that on this rom? Because that varys from ROM to ROM, depends on what sys is used. Take Mightys ROM, that one is the 0509 file, where other ROMs are the reg .dll file. Not sure about this rom though, havent tried.

Exaclty, like I said, Mighty ROM uses the sys with the .0409 start icon, but other RoMs don't. Its a trial and error thing when you flash a new ROM to see which it uses.

are you on the old sys for tp??/ because we switched sys's on the pro on last update to 21028 like the diamond....and the extention is what i originally wrote.. there cannot be multiple files in there with the same path.....doesnt work that way. so for those on the new sys it needs to be named shellres.192.dll

yeah kaos' start icon also comes with his custom vista wait icon as well. which work great for me. so i replace it and add the certificate that comes with it to make it all work for me.

the fix for that is in the 1st post, called hot fix, im assuming u mean when it locks on number mode correct? if so its in 1st post

1st off this rom belongs to 3 people taylor,nine, and myself us three put an equal amount of effort into it, we all had something to do with it...but anywho the icon for start icon is shellres.192.dll.0409.mui

Has anyone had any luck getting SprintTV to run on this rom (TF3D version)? After install, it gets a cannot connect to server error on the first launch, then in successive launches gets no channels and shows no subscription info.


Ya know, it occurs to me that I haven't even commented on the rom yet. I only got around to installing yesterday (long week) so I've not had a chance to really evaluate the battery yet, but so far I'm extremely impressed. Very smooth, quick and responsive, and quite stable. Excellent work you three!

I just checked and sprint TV isn't working for me either. Are you able to adjust your in call volume?

Yeah, seems to work fine for me. Are you running any screen lock apps or anything that blanks screen on a phone call?

I use inosoft dialer but I have the blank screen on talk disabled. Actually the problem was there before I installed it. Maybe I should reflash and try again. :(

hey guys, i just flashed my girls pro to the tf3d version. She wants as little bugs as possible. When i change the theme with tf3d conf tool, and try to unbackground al pages, it keeps making the clock go to 1259 and doesnt move. I tried two themes. Which I previously had workin on her stock. Im also installing the tsowens task bar. kills the tf3d and i have to re theme it. I have personally used one of the themes myself with the same tool, and never had an issue. Is anybody else having thes issues.

OH and is there a way to enlarge the start menu. When you change it in saetrtings, screen flashes and reverts right back.

If i could get passed these issues, she would love it, cause all she wants is a good battery time. great rom overall.

Yes I pulled the battery after the flash, and waited for 30 seconds. I installed the tf3d config tool. The one with the tweaks. I tried two themes. The girl power theme(pink, furry clock). This theme practically greys out the start menu. also tried the space djoub blue theme. this doesnt grey out the screen but I cant remove the curtains, background or install tsowens taskbar. tsowens taskbar kills the tf3d and it just says tap here to launch tf3d. I gotta re theme it. i got the darklord battery fix to work. thats about the extent of it.

I'm running TF3D2, and not TF3D, but I'll comment on this anyway. The problems you're describing should not be happening with this ROM (or aany other ROM just about for that matter). I would be willing to bet that the "all curtains" hack is already cooked in to this ROM, so you shouldn't need that. I know you don't want to hear it, but I would hard reset and see if that helps. And if it doesn't, hard reset again. And if that don't help, then re-flash and make sure to hard reset after pulling the battery step. I was having several issues w the TF3D2 version that I've never had w any other ROMs (besides the known TF3D2 issues), and I hard reset a couple of times, and now it's almost all smooth :). I know you want it to run perfect for your girl right now, but sometimes it takes a couple of tries. Just play it off like a hard reset is a good thing (which I guess it is). Good luck.

I can confirm that sprint t.v. doesn't work with this rom...and I know that sprint tv does not work with all roms...I read why on a random thread but I forget the reason....its a bummer too cause I love using sprint tv...but it is not enough for me to not use this rom...this rom is blazing, battery life is amazing and I have had no problems other than the time zone issue and that is tf3d2's issue not this roms....thanks guys, and I will never use another rom again...can't wait to get the update in a couple days

Ill try reflashin tonight. thanks for the advice. I hard reset last night, and reflashed. still no go. i thought it might be cooked in too, but from hard flash it didnt show on all tabs. i have everything in cabs ready for install on the card so flashin really not a big, deal. just rather work on my own phone than hers. LOL. :)

the theme by that djoub guy messes up alot of ppls themes, it did on my phone when i was running on mightys rom and never installed his themes again...the reason is b/c his theme is for the older manila version which no one uses anymore, we use the latest one with the hd ppl contact tab, so that could be your issue

in call volume shouldve never been an issue, always try reflashing or hard resetting b4 reporting bugs, sumtimes its all it takes...

Has anyone used RSS Hub yet? I remember seeing something similar with other roms as well where the link doesn't get sent to Opera. Instead the browser just opens to the home page. I'm not sure if there's a reg or cab fix for it, but figured I'd check around. Not a major issue, just didn't know if it could be fixed at the end user level.

First off, I'm running TF3D2 v2. It's my first TF3D2 ROM. I was very concerned flashing it cause of all the bugs being reported on TF3D2 on other ROMs, but I had to take the plunge with ATR. After my first Hard Reset, I was having an issue where my phone froze every time I used any kind of file explorer (stock, TC, and Resco). I HR again and have not had the issues since. Been running it all day and all smooth. My battery life is definitely way better than any other ROM. I don't have a crazy battery story like others that have been posted, but I've definitely noticed a difference. I went from about 8AM - 10PM on moderate use, using 80% of the battery. No way I make it that long on any other ROM. I think Pocket UNO is the culprit for my battery drain though. Anyway, still awesome. My incall volume works, but it took me a minute of playing with the buttons to get it to go, but all good now. The only two "issues" I have are what Moebius described above with links from texts and emails not re-directing correctly, but rather just launching the browser, and that Office icons are duplicated. Obviously, not a big deal, and looks like Taylor's on it. Conclusion (finally), I think ya'll have spoiled me on TF3D2, cause from what I've read on most ROM threads running it, is that it's very buggy. You've eased all fears of making TF3D2 a full time interface! Thanks Taylor, Broski, and Nine, and the testers for putting in some work.

the cab below sets all parameters of RSS Hub, ftp,http,wgt,file,htlm,ect to use opera as default loader. This will be cooked into next build. enjoy.,

Hey guys great work on V2.. I been a lil busy the past couple day but fnally got to flash last nite... she is such a beaut!... especially after I found my own lil work around for the clock issue... which is basically the same as the fix broski shared last week w/ some twist as the issue kept popping up everytime i soft reset or my ear would touch the cloc or accidentally touch the phone...

if anyone is interested in how i fixed it... set your clocks and setting time for for 1 hour more (or less depending on how the glitch is affect your phone in your time zone) than your actual time, in your time zone... (i.e I live on the east coast which is -5 hrs, so i set the world clock for a country w/ -6hrs) but a european country; not a U.S (as i suspect the issue is that rhodium was ported from gsm devices from overseas so it kept reverting to gsm contries and times) then the time locked in and because of the glitch making me lose an hour, it simply drop that hour and show the accurate time for all my calender appts and my main clock and alarms... havent had issues since even w/ touching the clock soft reseting, etc ... I hope this makes sense

but back to the rom... she lean, fast as hell, responsive and smooth... not to mention the great battery and reg tweaks that are all inclusive... i didnt have to do much, but install the push internet fix and the xboxmod 1d fix... run sashimi and pim backup... and I was done:yahoo: 1/2 hr 45 mins tops and I was back in titp top shape to my prefferd customizations... thanks guys... Ill be rockin this bad boy for a while...

Just curious any chance youll be doing a wm6.5/tf3d2 atr rom down the line... Ive been playin w/ some of that for a bit and its really pretty nice... but I know yall probably do it sooo much beter...lol!

I tried this method and it work like a champ. My appointment stayed the same time also. I kept hitting the clock on accident, Thanks for the idea.

it was an issue for me, cause I could work around other bugs... but I realy on my phone as an alarm clock a watch and to keep me on point from my busy schedule... but now all seem well! Im just glad someone else found it useful!
