BBExtreme 5.1


Changes:
Home Tab: Removed call history and no appointments. Voicemail and valid appointments still show. Moved appointment list higher so you can see maximum of 3 now. Moved date and alarm above time, and moved carrier name to center.
Album Tab: Enlarged pictures/videos preview size for easier viewing
Music Tab: Enlarged album view and changed perspective
Internet Tab: Removed the logo/Launch Browser for better viewing since new search bar cut into screen area.
Programs Tab: Changed to 4 icon view and changed All Programs to 4 icon view
Added/New:
Background for all tabs
Removed Title on all tab pages after Home, but left it showing on the subpages.
new theme backgrounds for preview when sliding tabs
new theme background for level1 menus
MORE TO COME, and there will likely be updates and fixes as the manila port advances

Cab install:
1. Disable touchflo3d in phone Settings\Today\Items
2. Navigate to cab file and click/run it. Restart not necessary.
3. Re-enable touchflo3d in phone Settings\Today\Items
4. Go to touchflo3d Settings page and choose wallpaper. Wallpaper are installed into My Documents\My Pictures\Wallpaper.

To Uninstall:
1. Disable touchflo3d in phone Settings\Today\Items
2. Go to phone Settings\System\Remove Programs and remove the cab file.
3. Re-enable touchflo3d in phone Settings\Today\Items

you just have to have tf3d2 installed doesnt have to be rom.....but yes you need to have tf3d2 in order to use this.

thats what im running right now and ive added this theme to it. ive been running bbextreme since it came out and it is sweet. try it out...

not sure if I am doing something wrong, but when I install this theme the start button wont do anything when I push it. I tried it on the mighty rom and added the touchflo 3d2 and had that issue. also when i try to select the wallpaper i am getting a red screen. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong. I also flashed to lllboredlll's rom with 3d2 already in it but I'm still having the same issues.

did you install the v1c fix? all the problems you are having are documented and are being worked on by xbmod and his crew...remember that the tf3d2 is in it's beta phase right now so there will be problems....all of yours are normal, I suggest looking at the xbmod thread and see if there are any fixes

yeah i just installed that. I see my pictures but i cant get to the wallpaper folder to choose one. the start button still wont work. I will go check out that thread. thanks

I have only installed the themes on a rom already running the new tf3d and haven't had any problems so that might be an issue...you could also try uninstalling the fixes, then installing the theme then re-installing the fixes. That might work for you since the themes might be overwriting some of the fixed files

well since this rom had it all built in i didnt install any of the fixes until you mentioned it. it did however say that it was going to uninstall the previous version before installing it so I assume that the fixes were already in there. I dont know. I will prolly just get rid of it. I figured a way to get the wallpaper on by moving it into my pictures. i will prolly go back to mightys rom and work my way from there. thanks for all your help.

its said this theme makes the start menu not work, I suggest look for quickmenu and install that, if that doesnt work then hard reset. also the issue with the red screen is b/c u installed fix 1c, do this: disable tf3d2, then go into windows folder and look for htcphotopicker.exe and delete that, then re enable tf3d2 again and soft reset and us hould be able to pick a wallpaper again.

quick update. I deleted the photo picker and everything works now. I also read somewhere that the creator of this theme purposely disables the start button so i installed show programs tab and now thats how i get to my programs, but the buttons that were set like (settings, home, people, calender) when i installed touch flo 3d2 no longer work (i'm assuming they are no longer mapped correctly). i also noticed picture mail doesnt work with the new messaging layout. i have to go to the old way in order to get it to work but I dont think this is an issue with theme and more with touchflo 3d2. One last thing, the internet tab doesnt work either. I dont know how to launch the internet other than going back to programs and clicking on opera or internet explorer. Just thought I would mention the things that I have noticed. For the most part everything has been great once I took care of all the little things. If I can get the internet thing I should be pretty much set.

I am running Merdin's 4.1 ROM and whenb I go to wallpaper, I get a blank red screen and can not navigate anywhere to select a wallpaper. I am stuck with solid Black! any suggestions????

does his rom have tf3d2 buit in?? did you install via cab???......if so did you follow all steps correctly??? a little more information is need in order to help you out;

This theme is still buggy as hell with some of the mods showaco made for it, I'm not knocking it is very nice but he shoulda sorted out a few more bugs first. He shoulda added a wallpaper into the theme as I did for all tabs until its all sorted out.

It aint that bad, the only thing is the start menu from tf3d2, which i personally think its dumb as heck and useless, I prefer quickmenu, or enlarge start menu....and then, thats it really, and I dont care much about the internet tab b/c i only visit sites that are on my favs...but im sure he will be releasing a new update soon

U can flash to a tf3d'2 rom such as ATR and install this theme.. its what im using and have no problems..

are you disabling touchflo 3d-2 from the active plugins? also are you sure that you used the 3d-2 version and not the reg 3d version?

Clock press now takes you to a 6 tab screen(call history, all people, web search, world clock, alarm, and profiles) instead of the standard world clock view.

Internet Tab: Removed the logo/Launch Browser for better viewing since new search bar cut into screen area. Added "launch browser" link that launches whatever your default browser is.

Hello all, this is my first post here and I have a question. I am using Build 21028 ATR 3.0 (btw, it's very nice, fast, battery life great) Anyway, I loaded the BBExtreme 50 which I really like but my "NET" tab does not work. I can get to the tab but I can't type anything in the search and when I push "Add a new push page" I am stuck on the screen and have to unload TF to get it back. I also loaded the BBExtreme 53 and the tab works but I like 50 version's icons better. Am I missing a fix or something. Sorry for the long post but wanted to get everything right. Thanks in advance for the help and your time.

TF3d2 is still being worked on they are still making lot of fixes for things with it. It is probably something they fixed in 5.3 from what i am reading. If there was fix for 50 it would be in the first post.

YES THATS TRUE BUT AS U ALL CAN SEE IN THE ATR3.0 rom SCREEN SHOTS THE THEME WORKED PERFECTLY FOR TAYLORWckediden. AS A MATTER OF FACT THAT WAS HIS FAVORITE THEME.. I PREFER A SIMPLER LOOK

Yeah that is one of a few problems I am having. The other is when I get a tt message in and go to reply, I type in the box and hit send but it actually looks like it goes but does not. I have to click on "all messages" and do it from there. Other then that it is great! The ATR 3.0 is much better then any other ROM I have tried and way better then the stock Sprint ROM.

Hahaha, Im back now guys. I had no laptop for a nice little while because i kept frying AC adapters. But I got a pretty good one now, so hopefully I can stay up full swing.
