Sprint HTC Touch Pro Stuck in Bootloader

I tried unlocking my Touch Pro, but it does not want to load the OS system. I did not load any new OS mods. Is there a way to get out of the bootload mode?

flash a rom, you should ahve read the flashing tutorial thats located in many of the staffs and some members signatures, theres even a video on it showing you step by step.... what does it say in the upper left hand side of your screen line for line?

Upper Left doesnt say anything, but the top line has Security Unlocked and in yellow, RUUNBH.

SPL-0.37.COMNEX = Unlocked. Pull your battery and restart. If that doesnt get you out of tricolor mode, you can run the exit bootloader app. If you want though, You can go ahead and flash a custom rom of your choice....asumming you made the appropriate backups of your personal info ofcourse.

ok your unlocked, and if you plug your device you will see it says usb on the bottom which means your good to flash. if it says serial that means you are not connected... dont worry about your computer saying your not connected but it really is.

May I ask a question here about being stuck in boot loader mode? I do not want to be banned again for asking a question. I have read this post and have tried 3 computers still stuck. My phone has been like this for a whole week I had to renew my contract to get a freebie clam shell phone so now I wont be able to get the touch pro2 cause my equipment upgrade and two yr contract was used to get freebie phone but I had to have a phone.

if youy are unlocked lie we were saying just flash the rom..... run the romupdateutility.exe or customRUU and follow the steps like the tutorial to say.

um I wish I could the phone keeps booting in a loop it loads and then turns gray and it starts back all over again.

place it in manual bootloader... you jsut said you were in bootloader mode...... i dont understand the trouble and have you tried flashing from a card?

no I have not tried to flash from sd card I will try that. But how do I stop the loop I can't get into the phone cause it wont quit the loop.

I got it I did a google search on unlocking from sd card and it came up with a link from another forum so I did that rom and I found it is easier to flash from sd card that is way cool. thanks to all for the help. Just wished I could have found this before I renewed my contract with sprint.

I got it I did a google search on unlocking from sd card and it came up with a link from another forum so I did that rom and I found it is easier to flash from sd card that is way cool. thanks to all for the help. Just wished I could have found this before I renewed my contract with sprint.

i told you about it many times before you did that and you didnt listen lmao..... you have 30 days to get a different device so you could always say that you dont like it ansd sont want it or the renewal anymore

I have the same issue. Currently phantom 6.5 rom. I've flashed my phone many times before but have not been able to since I flashed to this rom. Tried SD card and it just say Loading... From computer it just stays at 0% after the tricolor screen. Tried relocking the phone and it won't let me do that either. Then after a few mins the utility comes up with [262" msg. Thanks ks in advance. Any thoughts?

what does it say after error 262? connection error? have you tried to hard reet before you flash?

try using a different computer or vista/xp. If on vista run as administrator. thats all i could think of sry.

what rom are u trying to flash, id say try to redoanload it or try a different one, it sounds like it may be corrupted

do you ever have troubles connecting to mobile device center or activesync either with that device? if so it may be a pin issue where you plug the device in.

i've tried 5 different roms. Never had any issues flashing until I installed this rom. I can synch the phone with the computer just fine, no issue at all. Is there any way to force flash or completely delete and re-flash?

have you tried flashing from a 2gb card or less?

I need to lock my phone as its going back to sprint. I loaded stock rom and I tried to relock it and I did it from sd card. I downloaded Raphael relocker and put the RAPHIMG.nbh on card and flashed it just as I would a rom and now it is locked but wont boot up it is stuck on grey screen saying loading. I then pull out the sd card and soft reset it and it stays at the multi color screen. Need help cause new phone supossed to be here tomorrow.

On multi color screen it says RAPH800

you need to format the card to FAT32 sometimes doesnt stick the first time so try to reformat again.

I do not see the CMONEX 0.37 it has RAPH800 SPL-0.37.0000 AND SAYS UPGRADE ROM CODE ERROR. Then I took out the sd card and it stays on the red green blue screen but does not have the CMONEX on there so is it Locked? If it is locked how do I get it to go back to stock rom? why dont you just run on a computer? sounds like something isnt allowing it..... and are you using a 2gb card or less?

I am using stock 1gig card I reformatted to fat32. I don't know how to from computer and phone wont sync through WMDC it is stuck on grey screen says loading.

Has to be 2 gigs or more if i remeber correctly , um when you connect your phone to your computer nothing happens. Even if WMDC dont pop if you go threw my computer it should show your phone is connected you should be able to flash the rom.

I have a 4gig dont know what happened i had stock rom installed and when i tried to relock it then i got there problems and errors. The stock rom was on it and running just fine. it didn't have any problems till I tried to relock it from the sd card.

thats prolly whats doing it..... the unlockers are jsut one version and than its good with no updates and prolly dont support hc cards.

Dash I was answering the last guy ask if I had a 2 gig or bigger I was saying yes I have a 4gig but I tried the stock 1gig and i tried the 4 gig also niether one has worked. do I need to re-unlock it? I tried the reunlocker again on it and it didnt work either all I get with anything is stuck in the loading and take out the sd card and nothing but multi color screen. I am sorry guys but I am stuck and need help. My computer is not seeing the phone the only way I can see it is in device manager and its under mobile devices

unless i missed something when u are in bootloader mode and the usb is connecting pc and ppc it should say usb on the bottom, the device center wont pop up....

Yes it did have usb in bottom when plugged into pc on usb cable I downloaded the stock rom.exe to the pc and opened it and installed it that way. I am sorry for the trouble but it wouldn't do anything with memory card in it. Someone from PPC Geeks helped me out thanks.

But if anyone elase runs into this problem Just download the updated stock rom for carrier you are with Take out the SD Card and plug phone into pc VIA USB Cable and open stock rom exe and follow all prompts and wha la its that easy. Like Dash says I was over thinking again. LOL

Yes Dash you did say to go to pc and I was saying it would not let me with SD Card in it one guy said 2gig or more so I used a 4gig no where did it say take out sd card and download this rom and so on and the guy got on yahoo I.M. and walked me through the entire thing.

You just can't freak out when something goes wrong with your phone an post all over a thread an keep posting. I tried running the unlocker and relocker and it won't take either of them. I get a 202 error message on the utility. Removed battery several times, hard reseted the phone several times too.

than your doing smething wrong..... the screen while in bootloader mode does say usb and not serial across the bottom when trying to flash correct?
