It is the Volume Down, Enter Button , then Hold Down the Power Button till the grey screen with blue text comes up then hit the Volume UP Button.

figured it out. with the power off i held the enter button, volume down and the power button on top. then the message came up about the reset. Thanks for the help.

the guy in the video presses the reset button with the stylus, so i got confused. but i got it now. thanks. guess theres no way to do it with the phone on?

yes power button ( on the top of device ), volume down button ( on side of device ), middle d-pad button ( front of device - the circle in the middle ) and reset button ( bottom of device )

you can do it with the device on..... many people have troubles with the process and the trick is to press and hold the pwer button and vol down button which is no troubles but when people press the enter aka center button they tend to hit the dpad part too throwing the process off and causing the device to just soft reset instead of giving you the option to hard reset.
