[TUTORIAL] Changing the default browser in tf3d internet tab

All you need to do is to modify a file named “InternetPortal-en-US.xml” which is located in \Application Data\Manila. Use the freeware application Total Commander to navigate to this file and once you locate it press the pen/paper icon on the bottom of the page and that will open the file on the screen so you can edit it. Or u can move the file to your PC and edit with note pad there, and then move it back to your mobile device

Ok, once the file is open in Total Commander just add one of the following lines after the line <InternetPortal> which is towards the top:
Opera is:
<BrowserExe>\Windows\OperaL.exe</BrowserExe>
Internet Explorer is:
<BrowserExe>\Windows\iexplore.exe</BrowserExe>
SkyFire is:
<BrowserExe>\program files\skyfire\skyfire.exe</BrowserExe>
Iris is:
<BrowserExe>\program files\iris browser\irisbrowser.exe</BrowserExe>

thanks, i tried this but i dont have that file in my phone im running mighty its not under manila and i did a search with resco and no results

thats prolly the trouble right there with mighty changing all that stuff around and not having the same names for files.... its why he went from great roms that everyone used to descent roms that few still use.

I dont have that file in NFSFAN 105 either! I would love to change Opera to Skyfire!

wassup dash! really? i had no idea file names were changed on here, so wow wdf should i do lol do u kno of the actual name of the file on this rom? or my best bet is 2 try and get another rom?

i odnt know it but i know his start menu icon and other things were differnet also on his roms and themes wouldnt work correctly unless made by lilrico, etc..

whoa thanks for the info, i wasnt aware of this, i am currently looking for another rom ha! lol i have a question about the energy from u told me was pretty cool, theres awhole bunch of links for it about 4-5, i tired one and it didnt work! ... kno which 1 is the right 1 for my diamond?

the one thats says diamond in the title aka the generic name which is victor. and if the links are down which they arent just ask in that thread not this one since this doesnt have to do with that rom.
