to be quit honest i dont think many here can hex edit correctly...lol why you havent seen it.... there are articles on ppcgeeks about doing it for diamond . same rules apply just different pp sizing. read those articles and then search for different page pools. you will figure it out.

now im bored i will how ever think im a edit the new pro2 rom. make stock faster at least...

hey guys a couples of hours i was talking to CS at Asurion and they were out of stock of touch pros and they replace my touch pro with a touch pro 2 :)

trying going to a service center that or call advanced tech support. As of a few days ago they were out of stock on the TP 2. They are also offering the Curve, Snap, Tour and Treo Pro.

they wont offer the hero since it has to be on a special plan....... but they have touch pros back in stock earlier today

my keyboard just stopped working and im gonna call 2mrw i hope they offer me the tp2... i took it to the sprint repair store and they told me to call and she said that they trying to get the touch pros off the streets and that they are offering different phones...

we cant sticky everythingt han it starts to getmessy... im sure this will stay bumped... seems to be getting lots of response lately like the mogul into touch pro one did....... once it becomes obsolete it will fizzle out until the next bump hahah

ok after 5 to 6 trips dis month of goin back and forth to the sprint cause of tp1 problems my luck has finally came thru. went to the store today and they r once again replacing tp1 for tp2 im on the waiting list but hey at least im on da list right lol man i cant wait til it gets here...goin to enjoy my hero now and my tp2!!!! yyyyyaaaaaayyyyyyyy

that aint the hero ui thats a stripped down version of the leos ui come on now

Look i been having the same problem everyone else has had with the phone and i mean all the freezing while charging and the keyboard going out and Font forget the miss call when yo phone lights up like it is fixin to ring and it never ring and no miss call, this is my 2nd tp i had and i so called sprint and they passed me of to 10 different people in one call. I know i have to put in some work to the the tp2 and all i want to know is that when i go into the store and tell them all the problem that i am having with the phone is they going to send me the tp2. Can i tell the tech rep that sprint sent out the email that they wanted all the touch pro replace are the going to give it to me or do i need to call sprint while im in the store and let them know the problems.or should i wait and call sprint and be like i all most lost my job over this phone!

I just tried calling customer support, and they offered sending me a refurbished Touch Pro, and I wasn't to keen on that. I ask about getting the Touch Pro 2 and they send that it wasn't an option to replace it with. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with a touch pro 2 recently?

you have to have 3 or mor ereplacements on the pro already and has to be approved by a tech in store for best results and thats where most of the success in the matter comes from

Ok i just got off the phone with the retention dept and they give me the run arounf bout how they are to give me the three phones that i dont want and they did say you have to go to the store and the tech has to approve the replacement and The Tp2 is not an option, so what can i say to get the TP2 an options cause i dont want any of the three phones they offered.

Tell them they should be exchanging it for something of similar value and similar looks, and that u need a phone with a keyboard blah blah blah . Also tell them that u paid 600 for that phone and the tp2 is the only phone that is eqaual value to the touch pro

Yeah I just got off the phone with some of the sprint techs...they offered me probably the same 3 phones they offered you. I was able to get them to say that the Touch Pro 2 was an option for replacement, but they didn't have it in stock, it was back ordered. I told them I was going to hold off until they had them in stock. So I guess I'll try later.

I did tell them that i paid the 600 for the phone and the gay rep looked it up and found out that i had got the phone for the 399 and 100 rebate and i did tell them that I wanted something in the same range and that was window moblie and he said that the snap or whatever it call is window moblie. so not of the phone they offerin have keyboards

that would result in them handing it back to you and saying that you took it apart and broke the sticker over the screw and thus not being covered any longer.

they just dont have them available via eticket/ advanced exchange, and no stores in nyc have the phone at all in the store never received them ot even sell to customers ridiculous. , i thought tech support was lying to me but i even walked into a store and saw it on the screen. It shows yes under exchange list to swap for touch pro but after you click it theres no option to order or anything. The tech agents at the store are saying they are available then literarly 5 minutes later are gone. Been waiting 2 weeks now hopefully things work out soon.

yo asurion replaced my touch pro with the touch pro 2 for 100. so if i was everybody i would go through asurion and pay the lil hundred. plus i got another touch pro 2 comin in the morn for free yay me i got 2 touch pro 2s

ok so check this... so my first phone bad keyboard they sent me a new phone... in like 7 months... 2nd phone... gps chip went bad... 3rd phone was a referb phone so :-( so hell i'm a electronic tech so i took apart the 3rd phone... did a few things.. now key board dont work again :-) lol so i called customer care they said well you have to go to the store and then we will send them a TP2 to the store... so i went to the store they held my tp1 for a hour and said they gonna order me a tp1?? umm NO cs on the phone said tp2... 5 min later... ok sir... we are ordering your phone.. will be here 1-2 days :-) tp2 here it comes!!!

it works bro, but is best to go to the store..... i got mines yesterday, only bad thing is that since it was a replacement, they only sent me the phone, batt, and back cover, NOTHING else...... anyone here get everything when they got it in exchange for the tp? i didnt get sim card either... fuc*ing bastards!!!!!
