i just noticed arcsoft is not working...do not have picturemail installed got arcsoft but when recieving pics it being sent on sprint picturemail link and open the internet to be able to see the actual pic..ill try to install again this will be my third time....lol

thats weird, cause it ran good on fans for me. uninstall all the arcsoft software, reinstall this cab, or jdarcsoft cab, and soft reset...
