startup annoyance

When I power on my Touch, I receive a message balloon with information that "inhandupdater.exe" is not found. I have to press "OK" several times
to clear this message.

I've done some research, and found links to a couple external sites discussing this, but the resolutions I've found (look under /Device/Windows/Startup for a shortcut, check under HKLM/Services for an registry link) haven't panned out. There's nothing regarding "inhandupdater.exe" under my Startup menu, and I couldn't find anything in the HKLM/Services directory in the registry (using PHM Registry editor, which I downloaded from Wckediden... thanks!).

It's quite annoying having to tap "OK" on that damn balloon every time I install a new program and/or soft-reset my Touch.

Anyone come across this problem? Any guideance as to where I can find a link or registry key for this program so I can end this pop-up madness? I've searched Wckediden and couldn't find anything regarding this issue, but I am a noob to the site, and may not have been looking in the right places. If that is the case, could someone point me in the right direction?

hmmmmmm ok the only thing that i can thinkof to get rid of this for you would be to go into the windows folder from the main memory i file explorer and look through ll th files in there for that specfic one and delete it..... the only other way i could thin of would be to do hard rest. but WARNING that does delete all your data when doing a hrd reset and return the phone back to factory settings so back all your information up especially contacts!!! thats all i got for you maby someone else has experienced this and coud help ya.

Hard-reset is out of the question; I'd rather be annoyed than spend the 3+ days it's taken me to get this phone how I like it, including my work email, customizations, etc. Perhaps someone else will have had this problem, and resolved it. At least that's what I'm hoping!
