Re: Taken (2008)
Dude, seriously? You have to download it from the attached links. You just asked this question in another thread. Please slow down, read, and use some common sense. Movies aren't cabs anyways......

Re: Taken (2008)
Most current dvd players come equipped with divx decoders, so AVI files will play on the dvd player. But it really isnt recommended to use a movie file with mobile resolution on a large tv screen. It will really distort the image.

Re: Taken (2008)
thanks Super! yeah i kinda knew that it would distort the image..just wanted someone to confirm..but i didnt know most dvd players played AVI files so thanks for the 411 :) i have a lot of movies id like to put on dvds so its good to know i can leave them in the AVI format instead of going through all the trouble of converting and what not :) once again thanks!!! :thumb:

Re: Taken (2008)
well thats not entirely true. avi is a classic format and within the avi format there are literally thousands of codecs. to play in a dvd player for it to work best you want to convert it to a vob file which can be done with numerous programs. to make my dvds i actually use xilisoft avi to dvd converter. which will actually convert it to a dvd format including menus. but superman is correct on the resolution aspect.
