i bought a blackberry storm from someone and did not know the esn was bad is there a way i can still use the phone

damn that sucks and hate to hear it. if you cant get in contact with the person that sold it to you its going to be impossible to get your money back and the phone is useless since it cant be used with sprint...... you can try to plea your case with verizon but i cant see them letting this slip by. you could bring it to the cops and see if they can link it back to a certain person but who knows if they will take the lead and try to run with it or not. you have any email addresses or anythign if through craigslist?
