.rar files for my ppc 6800

alright, this is getting to me. i would like a lot of files that are in .rar format. particularly psShutXP. everytime i download a .rar file it shows up downloaded on my device with a windows logo beside it, i click it, and it says "there is no application associated with "psshut"(or whatever the file) Run the application first, then open this file from within the application" am i doing something? PLEASE help. Thanks!

you must unzip the .rar file in a program like winrar or winzip you can find both on the site

lol just go to google and get winrar and that will do it for you it says you must buy after 30 days but will work forever lol.
