heres a cab file to skin the 10 button communication manager from the kaiser. i have this on my mogul and it works great with no problems. this is
the full cab file including the comm manager so enjoy.

heard a lot about this app. went on xda-developers and people were commenting that the comm manager was replaced by white screen and then it would freeze up and they have to do a soft or, worst case, a hard reset. just a lil reluctant about installing this one on my tilt. just a little conern

i used this on my touch and loved it without problems... you wil be fine with this one .

worst case it is a .cab file so i can just uninstall and soft reset hopefully
