tomtom 6.20 setup help on mogul

ok i have tom tom installed on my phone with new gps update.I can't seem to get it to see the gps device.Still only have 4 gps antennas to choice from as well.Anyone have any luck with this?i would kinda like tom tom to work.any ideas?

im downloading tom tom right now and am going to see what i can find out.

thanks dash.I know google maps works.I just went for a jog around the neighborhood.It moved and followed me the whole way.but tomtom is the shiz nit ^_^

byy doing a search i just did one and had no problem finding. look at the link from the search and look 13 and 14 posts down.... https://www.wckediden.com/search.php...chquery=tomtom

some people have said thatthey got it working but they had to dink round with it and i have seen proof that it is working. not sure how they did it but o well using the sprint nav through telenav and love it.

basically i have heard of some gettign this to work but i have spent countless hours and still cant get it to work for me.

I think i've figured it out... It works on my mogul with the rev a... you must use windows live to turn the internal gps on then go to tomtom and viola it'll work.. tried using google maps and that works too but live seems to work faster for me so i use that... once you get a satellite you don't switch off the live or google map you have to leave it running in the background.. hope this help,,,

Theres an easier way and it takes up less memory...Go to the [TUTORIAL] Titan Internal GPS FAQ that wcked posted here in Wckediden and download a file that he gives that is called Holux GPS Viewer. Just run it first, it will run your gps and then just run tomtom. I did it yesterday but took off tomtom cuz It was to hard for me to install cuz I got confused and th map that it was showung me was GUAM....Try it, and If any 1 can hel;p me out thanks cuz I want tomtom on my mogul.

sprint told me that i need a separate device that cost $100, thats work with the bluetooth, its that the way you have it?

no we got the rev a rom activated in the mogul. so it activates the antenna. all the bluetooth device did is make a receiver aka antenna for the gps to link with the satellites. so same thing this will work with the mogul as long as you have the 3.35 rev a rom or the WM 6.1 by no2chem.

Can some1 help me from here?? I already got all the files inside MINISD in my root of my Storagre Card. Already installed ttn6ifalleni.cab to mt storage card too. My question is, this part that says in the instalation txt.:Copy the contents of the "TomTom 6.020" folder to "\Storage Card\Program Files\Navigator"

I dont have, \Storage Card\Program Files\Navigator but have My Device\Program Files\Navigator...Ami I doing something wrong???Help please

you had to install to the memory card on this one... follow the readme...... i remmeber that being that way at least... and also if it doesnt say that in the readme try to install to that folder...... i use sprint nav.

I did install it to my storage card but I dont know whats wrong....Im just going to copy that folder to my storage card

i was a step away to have the file from rapidshare, the one you write the your number, the file on your sim card, and when i went to get it @ rapidshare, it was not there anymore, where ca i find it? please one step away for the rev a rom 3.35...

has anyone got this to work i need gps, tried the garmin but i cant get the maps to load (keep getting some error messase when i try to transfer) so please help if you do have this running.

i had it working but i like telenav better through sprint since the maps are from the web and arent outdated all the time.... and also gives you traffic updates built in... works great for what it is.

i would like to have the telenav but i don't want to pay for it. i have tried to talk them into giving it to me free since there was an issue with my phone and services so until i can talk them down i need one i can use.

i have been using tomtom since this came out. i use gps viewer to get satellite lock. then run tomtom. you have to set gps config to other nmea gps receiver 4800 and com 4. sometimes my connects in secs and sometime it takes about 45 secs

i have version 6.030 and i installed to main memory and made folder for maps and voices of storage card and works flawless.

ok I've looked for ETEN's GPS viewer...can anyone find this? I kinda think im a have to install tomtom...being i drive a commercial vehicle...Telenav tried putting me on the parkway 3 times today...i see no option in it to enable truck only...or commercial vehicle only...
