Default Ringer Audio

I have been trying for the past month or two trying to figure out on how to make my ringer louder. I have tried Nueaudio and also increasing my wave and mp3 files volume up on a audio software i downloaded. Not much help since it only distorts the audio. How is that when i listen to the ringtone it sound low, but when i play it thru the media player, its sounds loud? There has to be some internal setting that can be changed thru the registry, right?

I understand what your saying. I have software that creates much better and higher quality audio than the website you directed me to. The problem is, when the ringtone is assigned as a ringtone, it rings very low. However, when you open that ringtone through the media player, it plays fairly loud. Is there some other way of increasing the volume on the ringer?

no bro and the programs that are out arent better because they automatically lower the volume that is played on the phone trust me. go here and use the same song and cut it to the way that you want and put it on your phone and i guarntee that it will be wayyyy louder.

I dont mean to be a pain in the ass. I understand that there are free or low cost softwares that actually lower the volume on some audio. However, I'm a a music producer and have good editing software. I have already tried the site which you referred me to. My ringtones actually sound much better and have higher quality than the website. The problems is not with the audio. My audio sounds clear and loud when played in media player. The issue is the actual ringer volume. There has to be a way to increase the ringer volume.

When ringtones are played in media player=audio is loud
When ringtones are played in the ringtone review or when someone calls=audio is low

I have tried using different formats to see if they make a different such wave, mp3 and mp4. They all have the same volume, however, the wave is much clearer.

I have my phone to ring at the highest volume, however, its still not loud.

I feel you man...I'm having some of the same issues, and I'm thinking about trying the regedit. I even ran mine through an outboard limiter, and normalized the audio file to 99% (not 100, to avoid clipping)

Layzer,

From everything I've tried, it appears to me that the registry edit is the best bet.

1.open the reg edit program on your phone.
2.follow the steps that are given in the thread and change what it tells you to change than save the changes and soft reset.

After days, weeks of trying to make my ringer ring louder, I've finally found a solution to my problem. After downloading DASH'S thread for the "Swcked PHONE SUITE," this program allows you to max out the internal audio from normal (44%) to MAX(100%)! My Phone is bumping now. Thanks so much DASH!!!!:groupwave::tatice_05::HIFI::firefire:
