Someone help messed up my phone with downloads

I jus got the Mogul wit sprint like 10 hrs ago and i have a bunch of stuff downloaded, anyway, i downloaded to sktool5 or whatever, from the DASH.............. watever forum (i downloaded everything i have 4rm thier) but now after i downloaded that sktool an messed with it, i messed up some of my programs, like now my left soft key is nothing, it jus takes me to the phone screen an also when i try to see my pics and videos (i have a bunch of pics but nothing over whelming) it freezes up an takes for ever to go back to the home page?? im the newest of noobs so what am in to do now i was planning on taking it to the sprint technical store an seeing what could be done an if they could fix it, but id like to do it now before then if i can, like i said i know nothing about flashing roms or putting the stock one back on (because i think i erased some important files and programs :( and i guess thats how you get it all back) but i jus want to fix my phone back 2 stock like i had it from the store and start over PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like you didnt soft rest maybe afer eeach install and sktools after claen up tweaked some stuff outta wack... i would hard rest and put the apps that you know u want on and not just install everything.....Make sure you soft reset after every install...

LoL... no hard resetting means it restores you phone to what ever TOM you are ruinning.. Fo r exmaple you bought i phone out the box from sprint and you hard resetted, it would restore it to outta the box condition. erasing everything and starting from scratch!

I somehow reset my phone, it is an htc 6800 flashed to cricket and this is what shows up on the screen:

This ROM was written by to0 and requires a serial. To obtain a serial, send your code to to0. Your code is --------.
Then it has a little box where I type. Pls help, it would let me do anything on my phone until I put the correct thing in the box.

Well wish i wouldve knowed you are flashed to custom cricket ROM.... ok.. whos your carrier?

huh you shouldnt need a code. never flashed to cricket before.... have you tried your phone number including area code?
