Ok, I've got Ultimate Launch with the black taskbar underneath. This works great! But my problem now is that I didn't make a tab in the settings for the HTC Home app, so I have to scroll down to use it. If I make a tab, will it disappear from underneath, or is there something else I didn't do?

And also, I use US Cellular, so underneath the UL app and the HTCH app, I also still have the original today screen. My scrollbar on the today screen is huge, and I noticed in the video D^SH didn't have one at all.

And last but not least, wasn't there another video with different version of the UL app that emulates the Touch? I don't know exactly what it's called to search for it...

yea that scroll bar was driving me crazy, I wanted more than just my launcher but I didnt want the WHOLE screen to scroll anyway found a solution for it a couple days ago in a post over on xda-developers it requires a registry edit
hklm\software\mircosoft\today\items\ultimate launch..change Dword "type" value from 4 to 5
worked for me launcher\plugin is stationary and the bottom has scroll only' let me know if it works for you. I cant take credit for this thanks to the original poster on developers page just passing along the word

so yeah im all newby to this but really want the ultimater launcher on my mogul. so all i have to do is download the two files above and drop them in my phone and run them? sorry if that sounds dumb dash, dont know to much about this but am psyched out to learn about it all....

jsut download the game seperately.... all you do is go ot the side menu than mobile programs and than games and than it will be stickied in red.

So I''m an idiot when it comes to this because I'm new. But, I did get HTC home customizer running on my phone and think it's great. But, I have not been able to get the Ultimate launcher to run on my phone as it runs on your videos Dash. It appears on the bottom of my today screen and I have to scroll to get to it. I have seen it a million times but now I can't find it. On my homescreen I want to remove the comm manager shortcut (battery, screen rotate, comm manager, screen light settings) that came with the phone. I installed the prada plug in but I want it below this or take it off. I checked my items under settings but there is no options. Please help!

My sprint mogul is two week old and I install all these programs on my mogul but it got unstable. More offten the screen freeze for two to three min. The most improtant concern about this phone is the speaker volume (back speaker). I also used the t-mobile dash and it has the very lound volume. I was woundring that either my phone is defective or its normal for everyone. Also, is there a software that over clock the proseccor. Thank you

its not unstable with these programs and i never had freezing problems....... but anyways the overclocker is in here if you would have read the first post you would know that...... htc performance is ther name.

bro there are sooo many videos with icontacts in them. Secondly, I would do a search for icontact and dl the latest version 1.02 i believe. then search for themes for icontacts!

ive done looking into htc performance because i tried it on my phone and i for one didn't notice a difference.
when i researched its been benchmarked to be a placebo and its also been said that its not even for the processer the mogul has...
to me the mogul with heavy use gets hot enough as it is. if the phone was to actually be overclocked i believe you would fry it in about a day.

but i do like your list of the other apps will try them fo sure

eh i stream sirius satellite radio all day long aka hints the reason i said extreme use but by about lunch time my sirius is extremely hot and thats not overclocked... but i for one never saw an increase... i duno though thats just my two cents :P

well thats why hot you are streaming radio from thenet all day and thats ahuge damper on your phone...... and it overclocks the processor not the net speeds.

i know it doesn't speed up my internet but what im saying is my phone because i listen to it all day long is always hot and overclocking won't help it... but in general use even with sirius in the background i see no change..
