my homeboy just got a wing today and is on his way over to throw it down to me to make it dope. Since im workin with the 6800 and understand very little about the wing other than what i have read in the help desk and on these two roms i have a ? about this one. Do I just use the spl unlocker link that moves me to xda on the top of this post to unlock the phone? Second ? is once done where can I get the english version of this I only see a link of the russian? Is there a spot that I need to put this file to run it once im in the bootloader screen or what are the steps

not sure where you would get the english just noticed that this is russian andall try xda developers and yes unlock with the provided tool in the first post and than you will be oglden.

So I found the english version on xda but i have a couple of ?s and I know you have unlocked and flashed a wing! his radio version is 2.83.90 and i talked to a dude in xda and he said i could just run the spl on that radio and then go to the downloaded rom and run that. now you know i have flashed my alltel but i have never done a wing and dont wanna fawk this dudes phone up:Flush:so give me any info before i do this :brows: and im bout to get started.

can someone download the unlocker for me and open it up and tell me how to run the aserg before you run the rom update file in the unlocker? I'm having trouble, I unzip the file and inside is the hardspl but it has read me instructions that tell you to run the aserg before file (open the hard spl file after unrared) which is in the file but is still rar'd. I have extracted the file to another location but i just get a bunch of random files(setup ect.)that i cant just click and run. what am i doing wrong, its starting to make the itch for the junk stronger!

not sure on the wing as i told you but lalo will be on this evening and prolly more than willing to help. truthfully i never went through the hassle of doing all that a year or so ago when i did one for a buddy. all i did was hardspl and flash but may be different now-a-days.

you might go to your settings and make sure it is enabled. the english version is listed below the russian version also if you read through the thread and links. Also try open touch for you wing.

I don't really know what happend I finally got it to sync on my desk top (Vista) but not on my lap top (XP). Thanks for the advice though and i'll check out the open touch.
