Program Memory Low Error

I'm having an issue with my program memory. I'm running Kaos's **** Sprint ROM, and have a buch of mods and apps installed. All installed have been installed directly on the device. Now when I try to watch video's online, I get program memory errors, or when I try to access my camera. I have Resco Today Plugin isntalled and it shows my memory is tapped out, with less than 5mb available. I want to know if there is someway to increase my phone's RAM or program memory, or if there is a specific procedure to avoid this, i would appreciate the info. Thanks in advance!!

hoe many apps do yo uhave installed on your phone??? i had at a point and do all customers phones with over 30 instaleld all to the main memory and havent faced any problems.......

I ahve HHC, icube, flash players, s2u2, teh resco bundle, and a few games, and probably5-7 oth apps, nothing too crazy, but I'm still getting a program memroy low. I have been checking settings, and have I think 46mb of progams memory, and the most I can free up is 16mb, and that's with all running apps closed. Any suggestions? No way to increase the memory from a HW or a SW perspective?

icube is what is killing you that takes from 8-15 megs itself to run and does so automatically on boot up. so you will have to get rid of that..... and why dont you just got to ultimate launch.

Oh ok, so it's icube. Well I was planning on mainly running UL and keeping icube just to show off with, but not really to use. So is it actually the icube install thats taking up the program memory, or would it be TouchFlo, since the icube runs off of the TouchFlo base of commands? Let me know what you think, I'm still going to be doing some testing. Thanks!!

naw it the cube and the setting for the touchflo...i run touchflo on my phone with ultimate launch mobile shell and some others and never dip below 13megs on my non modded one and im not gonna say with the expanded memory one how much i have left since people would be pissed lol .

How do I get expanded memory? Is that a readily available thing?

no its consists of taking the phone apart and all i was and still am the first ti successfully do it search for WSOD and you will find the thread and i dont offer this as a service either.... sorry

hey dash i know that htc home, s2u2, mobile shell (expacially with skin) takes a lot of RAM, now that we are on the subject, how do you use those programs and still get good memory?? does it make a difference if you use htc home within UL?? cuz i ununstalled those apps to save up memory but some pple have all those and still get 18-20 megs stable, any idea on how to organize those apps??

i have them all and skinned and it auto does it for me with the great memory you might be running something that leaks memory... in that case you just have to use oxios memory to free it up.

ok s2u2 is doable cuz checking the processes in task manager it takes one meg or so, but swcked shell with diamond skin hacks like 5 megs of memory!! is that normal??

I found a great thread that discusses a way to boost memory performance big time. I did exactly what was described using the Performance boost, and the specified option with SKTools. I highly recommend this procedure!!!!

I highly recommend this procedure!!!!

what are you talking bout??? i know the sktoolstrick posted here and all but 15-18 free isnt as good as 30-38 and how in the hell can you have that much when the rom jsut installed with nothing but the os and radio takes more than that.

i run 5066 on 6800 and with with basically no apps due to flashing all the time i run about 25 never heard of 35

that would be low for a touch and all and his profile says mogul and earlier convo bout the icube brought me to believe mogul and in mogul section
