wont wake up post flash

Sorry to repost this, but I didnt find a clear answer when I searched.

I am having the same issue with the phone not waking from sleep after flashing back to the original rom from the Alltel one. I flashed, removed the battery and hard reset.

Is there something I am missing? Can someone give me the exact process after flashing back?

man please bro.keep in first post for this issue...Also did you relock? if not relock and flash it again.Being the stock one i mean.

p.s. read dashs signature it has links with exact instructions on flashing.

I haven't relocked it, not 100 percent sure how to, but I saw something Dash posted about taking out the battery and hard resetting.

I have flashed it a couple more time today, the sleep issue remains. I dont know what I am doing wrong.

Anyone? I'm not having a problem with the flashing itself-everything else goes smoothly except for this stupid sleep problem.

search for relcoker then..thats your issue..all stock roms need to be locked...check same place you got unlocker.

When I searched for a relocker I found this in a thread posted by Dash:

"jsut flash back to the stock rom and you will be fine bro there is no need for a relocker tool on the vogue."

I used the Locked rom, but I am pretty sure I am still unlocked. No Clue

if u went back to a stock rom, and the phone wont wake up, then you have to relock your phone with a relocker tool, please use my sig for reference on how to flash guide.

OK, so now I am confused. The stock rom is pre gps, so that would mean I do not need a relocker, right? Im sorry, I am a little slow.

if you have done ant gps hack to it it has to be locked...... you can find an abundant amountof info at ppcgeeks for this since they created te lockes and unlockers.

I searched over at PPC, and couldnt find an relocker. In fact I found the same thing Dash said. Is there anyway you can post a direct link to the relocker. Once again, Im sorry for the inconvience.

i was looking into it and i was wrong no relocker isneeded on the gps versions of the touch either like i was thinking....... i dont know whatit could be than bro you got meon this one.

Damn!!

Yeah, I went through the process again. Ran the unlocker, just incase I was stupid and really was locked-but that took 2 sec because I was indeed still unlocked. Then flask the stock sprint rom again. ......still unlocked and still having sleep problems.

I was searching around ppcgeeks and found this info from imcokeman. Dash you might wanna put this in the flashing tutorials b/c it explains the danger of downgrading after installing gps radio into the touch:
