Default How to view Phone thru windows vista

I searched site and did not find anything on this topic so if it is somewhere I appologize for posting again. When I sync phone and use explorer thru computer I do not see windows folders etc on phone. But I can see them on the phone. I have tried changing views etc but nothing. Do I need a certain program to do this or am I doing something wrong.
Thanks

I have mobile device center. when I plug in phone it comes up. When I click file management and view files it shows my device and storage card. But when I click the device it does not show windows folder. Just the basics like my docu, program files etc.

right thats how it is going to be you need to do the windows folder on the phone...... you dont even need the windows folder on mobile device center too much precious stuff in there that you CANT delete and dont wanna accidently mess with.

no you can put themes wherever you want actually, but then you have to find them through file explorer and double-click to use them
