Unable to restore with SPB Backup after updating to Official Sprint ROM

I just updated to the official Sprint ROM and am unable to restore through Swcked backup. It just freezes during the process. Can anyone help?

you cant use a restore after you flash to a new rom!!! this has been answered many times......

thank you for repeating it cuz I was reading (somewhere-else) and I was getting mixed theories.
I am going to ask...
but the swcked app will work with 6.1 itself right? (meaning I can start new fresh backups?

yes you will have no problems doing that

D/\SH, I am not 100% sure but I think that last updated version of swcked backup that you shared not to long ago is able to restore after you update to a new ROM.
I just finished doing the 6.1 Rom from here and went ahead to give it a try - right now everything seems to be working good with all the features from before the updated ROM.

What have found from reading in various places was - it seems if you are using the latest update swcked backup) you will see an option to restore with updated rom info, along with an option to overwrite the data - CHOOSE NO to overwrite data. Don't ask why, I just recall reading that some where.

I also got the impression - it works for some and not for other.
Just thought I would share this in case it might help. ;)

you can restore after you upgraded rom. there is a feature for that b/c i have done it b4 with sprite or swcked cant remember. but imo its better to just start over b/c sometimes there are too many conflicts when doing this depending on rom you go to.

Well I tried it again yesterday this time w/out restoring the emails and it worked. I don't know if restoring w/ emails causes some type of conflict but everything seems to working like it should be now.
