noob question help
sry but i am new to all of this and am kind of confused.....my htc touch came with wm 6 and i was able to update to wm 6.1 which is cool but i guess this is supposed to include gps features built in???? well i see the icon the yellow cirlce with the road but when i click it nothing happens.. i have yet to unlock it as its called and i do plan on installing custom roms but for now im wondeing why its not working or if its even supposed to but yeh..thanx and im on sprint!

was the 6.1 you used from htc's site....or was it a custom?if it was a custom it has to be unlocked.

Did you do a hard reset after installing the WM 6.1? Other than what Dash said, knowing what rom you flashed would be helpful in troubleshooting.
