reset or remove everything from 6800

Hi. Its been a while since i was in here and I have tried reading and searching but it still sound confusing.

I want to delete everything from my 6800 or restore the stock setting on my phone. The question is that how do I know which program I can delete and which one not to delete. If I restore it back to it stock rom will everything be deleted as far as my games and music. I just want to completely delete everything to start all over. I have too many crap in there that I do not use. I also want to delete everything off my memory card.

What is the easiest way to delete everything?

hard reset but sync whatever u can to activesync first

Hard reset for the phone and format the storage card... bam your back to stock with nothing on it... Im guess you are still on your OG rom... So that should work for ya...

to hard reset your phone you need to...
hold down the two softkeys (the two buttons with a dot on them)
then (while keys are held down)
stick your stylus in the reset hole in the bottom of the phone
then the phone will tell you what to do...

MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP YOUR FILES YOU WANT TO KEEP FIRST!!


When the phone comes back up... it will look like it did when you first got it out of tha box!!
