Good luck getting your lappy happy again. I decided to take advantage of the time eagerly waiting for Take 4 to cook my first rom. It ain't yours yet, but I'm learnin. (Had the same problem with the camera which took a few tries to get right)

lol its almost 11am. my pc was updating last i new.I went out and am at myu fiances right now.But im on call for work..so that gives me tonight to myself.I doubt ill get called out so....I most likely will pump it out tonight or earlier.I may even start work on take for off of 5073.dont hold me to that though lol.but at least ill get the new page pool rom out.

well i honestly am thinking of page pool fixing take 3 so its faster.Then working on the diamond rom so it comes to true potential.then possibly a apple iphone clone rom after....I've been kicking that around awhile.

just an fyi, im sure you already know about this, but I use acronis to clone my HD's, so after a crash I can get 250gb HD, back up and running in 2 hours, ready to go.......
I had company I do IT for last week, their shipping pc's hd failed, put in another HD, restored & pc was ready to ship in 30 mins.

So, I come back from vacation (getting my Rocky Mountain High where I have no Sprint service and no internet) and start to catch up on things. And then I chance upon Take 3 here along with 31 pages of comments to read through. Just when I had my mogul the way I liked it since I had time to customize during a three and a half hour flight -- now I gotta limber up the itchy flash finger and try this beauty out. Keep up the good work, KAOS!

On that note (sorry to derail the thread), is there a way to check the page pool size from the phone? I set it up to 6 when I cooked the rom, but it was kind of hard to tell if it worked. The thing seems a bit snappier, but that could just be placebo effect.

im new at this. i dont understand the steps to install this rom... could someone give me some concrete steps to get this installed. i read the tutorial but all the files that it says i need dont seem to be posted on this thread. any help would be great.

Im curious as well, I have just got a mogul from sprint and want to install this take 3 rom, but im a bit confused as far as installing the radio and installing a previous version... i found all the info on installing the rom update what i dont understand is what i have to do prior to installing the take 3 rom... thanks

Soft reset your phone and read the numbers in RED on the bottom right hand corner. Thats you RADIO, ROM VERsion. thats would help and then read the FIRST POST as well as the 2nd and 3rd pages

my mogul wont do anything but sit at the htc screen since i did the rom switch. hard reset just gets me right back to that screen. and i cant reflash because its not showing a connection. any suggestions other than im f'd til they get me another phone?

I need some help please. I decided to go with the sd card route. I formatted to fat32 and loaded TITAIMG.NBH posted by Kaos on rapidshare. I used titanunlocker made by olipro to unlock the phone. Now it loads the nbh file and goes through installation and says Update Complete UPDATE SUCCESS but nothing happens after that. I waited 10 minutes and it was still on the same screen. At this point I cannot even go back to the Stock ROM. What can I do?

The power button does not do anything. Using the stylis I can reset using the button on the bottom or remove the battery and put it back in. This loads up a stock ROM that is corrupted because it did not finish installing completely. The phone will not connect thru active sync and it just keeps cycling on and off.

i figured out how to get the rom to boot, but every time that i soft reset i have to hold the camera button and the power button every time to get the rom to boot back up. also is there a way to turn up ringer volume and put private messaging back on so the message doesnt show on the screen.

i am having this same problem, i have hard reset several times , reflashed about 3-4 times. i thought my problems was the throttle launcher because everytime i installed that program my phone would freeze on the wm 6.1 screen. but this last time i the only thing i have installed is weather panel and i did a soft reset and its stuck on that screen again. does anyone know what might be going on?

someone can correct me if im wrong, but i think that Weather Panel doesnt work on all custom roms, i tried using it also and have gotten stuck on the same screen and had to hard reset, so i went with swcked weather, although i do beleive i read somewhere there may be a way around it, just search and find the link to the fix

SEE? I KNEW I WASNT CRAZY!! i was having the same problem, i try to install my apps and the phone freezes and stays frozen in the 6.1 screen after a soft reset always leadin to a hard reset!! i tried different orders of app installing but it happens eventually.

you guys are funny. didn't you read the weather panel thread.lmao. I figured this out ages ago. if you wann use weather panel with throttle launcher.after you installweather panel go to settings personal and today. uncheck weather panel. it will boot fine after. I use it with my throttle launcher set up. just don't have it checked intoday. but add it through throttlelauncher config.

From your posts, it sounds like you've only loaded the radio rom so far. Since you have the card, download the rom from the first post as well (should come down as ruu_signed.nbh or something along that line), rename it to TITAIMG.NBH and put it on the card, then repeat the flash process.

Did you flash to the 3.35 Radio? I would flash to take 2 ROM then go from take 2 to Take 3. I didnt have any issues with installing any apps. I went from take 2 to take 3 no problems!

That sounds like either a bad flash, or you have a conflicting rom and radio version. If you have an old SD card, or can backup whatever's on the 512 that came with the phone and format it, I'd load the radio on that card, flash it, then take the card out, put the take 3 rom on, and flash that next. I think that'll get you up and running.

i learned to always try weather panel first, one time it was my last app to intall, learned not to do that agian.lol

I associate your roms with Wckediden like others associate NO2Chems with ppcgeeks and dcd with xda's I understand you create these roms under no obligation to anyone but we appreciate your work. never heard of that happening.... does it happen when you dont have anything installed on the rom???? it might be a program that is causing that.
