Weird ass problem need help asap

ok so last week i was using sktools to clean up the phone, i started deleting database without even knowing and after that my touch was a bit buggy for example when i would go to my contact list and hit a contact and call it would automaticlly dial 12593 and then the number ex: 1(259)3-201-686-0524 ..so just this weekend i hard reseted and everything that was buggy before is fix execpt when i dial, i still get the 12593 before the number on my list!!! this is a headache i have to manually call ppl! has anyone experianced this or know if theres a fix?

hmmm wow that is weird... you said that you hard resetted and it dnt work right???? them try to re-flash your rom, maybe you damaged the rom and deleted some rom specific files in the cleanup

yeh it is weird, still pops up after the hardreset, now i never flashed a rom in my life lol so i got no idea about it and damn is there anythin thing in the registry i should check?

no bro you deleted from the windows folder too and no way to get it back.............. you might just have to do a reflash.

damn really, i got no clue how to even start that i was hoping to be able to copy some good files over from another working phone.

naw becasue the registry in every phone will be different bro............ just flash it isnt that hard look in my signature to learn how to do so.

flashing is a breeze bro expecially if you are flashing an official rom, find an official rom, connect the device to activesync, run the exe from the pc, follow instructions and wait for the update to complete ((SIMPLE))

dont forget to take the battery out and hard reset when you are done

upgraded to the offical rom , wow it was a breeze.. too easy , so far so good wit the phone

Holyshiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit, the problem has come back, after twice installing the new rom and 2 hard resets "12593" still appears when i dial a number from my contact, what is the deal? ive totally resetted my phone wit new rom and hard resets! i kno its not my device because its been working fine until that one day i cleaned up the database wit sktools , some1 please help.. im 2 inches from throwin this phone in the hudson river lol

well did you run sktools again or something similar?

yes for sure otherwise they can say that you voided the warrenty by not having a stock rom..... apps are fine but you need a stock official sprint rom on there.

WOW i fixed this problem...for thos that may come across this in the future! the problem was in "Icontact6.0" in the settings.ini it had "12593" in the prepend .. no idea how or why but i deleted that and its working fine
