(Official) HTC ROM update error messages?

I just recently noticed when I soft-reset my phone randomly bc I think it's good for the phone to once a while to do a soft-reset I receved this message,

"Shell32.exe has encountered a problem"

Says at the bottom to report this problem or not to, it has happened 2 times so far and I reported it twice.

your missing some files in the registry..... time for a hard reset to get rid of it.... and i would recommend flashing to a custom since you have to start over anyways..... custom roms are soooo much better and you will be amazed and never go back to stock again.

Idk why but im just really scared of ****ing my phone up, you have aim right? If I do decide to when I get home on sunday you mind helping me out if I need it on aim?

Sunday, but if i need serious help i don't wan't to be w8ing for someone to glance by the thread and decide to help me 30min later, i need my phone 24/7, just let me know if ur avalible on sunday later on in the day.

well I did a heard re-set and installed all of my programs onto the storage card and the s2u2 and dialer is still sketchy, and I sent u that pm.

bro than as already said not compatible with your phone!!!! we went over this with the new rom and all and the upgrades and changing in the coding of the programs throughout time to make better......... jsut going to have to go without this one for your version or just use the tsk homescreen file.

Its alright i know, ill probally be changing my rom on sunday, hopefully that will make it alot better, talk to you soon, l8er.
