SPJ skin 8/25 (work in progress)

for those that don't know ThrottleLock is an android like application to unlock your phone via the pattern you choose, so you phone is protected from unwanted users...these are just some skins to change the way it looks..

Throttle Lock Wckediden skin
-work in progress, just a rough one starting out...but i'll add to it as i see fit
Contains:
--Wckediden Custom Buttons
--Changed the color of the bars between the dots
--Changed the "aggain" typo, and created new Error Msg for when you use the wrong
selection
--used Big JeW's Wckediden slider for the lock pic replacement
