really whats your reasoning? the touch pro isnt even 1/4 inch thicker than the diamond and you get the tilt sensor included like the iphone has which opens up a new possibility to gaming and applications, and you also get a slide out qwerty keyboard, and you get an expansion slot instead of the 4gb built in only. to me the touch-pro is the way to go, same operating system double the ram and wayy more memory than the touch even. its going to be a beast of a phone that hasnt been crippled down to much. its the closest thing to an actual european phone that we have.

I will get the PRO, but my question to all is this; will you (all) try to cook a ROM for it right off the back or will leave it like it is for a while, refering to the videos on the phone it is extremely fast but videos can be misleading...

there are already roms made for the gsm version due to the fact that they were released before cdma but im sure that a rom will be cooked and available when the cdma version launches, some chefs dont have the willpower to leave it as is

Well after some serious talk with Biohazard he has convinced me to go with the Touch Pro. I just picked up the touch a couple of days ago with intentions of taking it back within my 30 day grace period.. ! sweet ! I wanna say the pro comes out on the 22nd of this months so that leaves me a week to think about it ... hopefully its the right move ...

no it wont... if you hard reset the diamond it will only do the main memory and not the internal 4 gigs.... you just have to do it through the settings and not the key holds and soft reset

naw the main problems are the same on the diamond and the touch pro, they get hot, short battery life, (stock) and random glitches here and there
