looking for a long lost app

okay so a while back i downloaded this great app from here that allowed me to controll what the processor power went to. it could moniter my running apps and allowed me to lower or higher the processor strength.... i searched high and low through the MIGHTY GREAT APP section here and i just cant remember what its called, anyway if someone remembers please let me know!

mmmmmm i have no clue what you would be talking bout specifically... im picturing it but just cant get a name..... have you tried doing a search using keywords on what it does.... because if it hits a word in the description it will pull it up for you.

yea i searched for a bunch of keywords, couldnt come up with it - i do know that it didnt have a cab installer, i had to use active sync in order to install it.

bro do you know how many apps have an exe installer...... there is thousands of them.... i will continue to look but with the vague description it will make it hard.
