internet asking me for a username/pass

I didnt know where to post this, i hope this is the right place. ok when i try to connect to the internet its asking me for a user name,password, and a domain name. i was never assigned a username that i know of. i been haveing the phone for like 6months and it never asked me for this, why now?

lol....just check the box save password and hit ok or connect

ok, well i did what you said, and now eveytime i try to log on it says. error code: 1010

which is Data service is not available when the device is in tethered and bluetooth dial up networking mode.

i like seriously need help im lost without my internet. thanks

what rom are you running on your touch??? also try to go to start/ settings/connections/connections/ choose internet amd than click go and let it sit without falling asleep for a couple minutes.

im running big jews rom, and it says i can't dial for an unknown reason.

DONT let it sit b/c then it will go into sleep mode and u loose connection....

right and you should see an iota tag on the top taskbar.

ok thanks yall, i had to go to setting,phone, services then internet and click start for the iota. and i have 1 more question, if yall don't mind. for the custom rom, i took my battery out but i didnt hard reset. does it matter? and if it does can i still do it now?

Yea U should always hard reset....and yes go ahead and do it now it gets rid of any little bugs and stuff

is this solution for using you vogue as a modem? i'm getting an error code. asking for u/n and password. from what i've been reading i think its cause im using the 6.1 rom. thanks
