HTC Screen on Startup

I have US Cellular for a provider and my goal was to enable GPS so I followed the instructions here:

Google: "gps us cellular 6800"

Click First Result (It wouldn't let me post a link)

I got to the end of step number 6, and when it comes time to flash the computer says the device isn't detected. I've tried it on 2 different computers and I get the same result. When I power on the HTC PPC 6800 the only thing I see is the HTC Logo screen. What do I need to do now?

bro please try to read in the future... that means you are missing the radio or have the wrong radio. what rom did you try to flash?

The ROM I tried to flash was one that I generated in PPC Kitchen, but once it comes time to flash it says the device isn't detected. The other programs on that page still detect it though.

do you have the phone unlocked with hardspl? you ill want bootloader 2.40
