Having a problem with htc6800

i am having a start up problem on my htc 6800 i was saving some new icons on my HTC customizer and i restarted the phone and now its Stuck on the Startup sprint Screen can anyone tell me why it froze on this screen and how to fix it thanks...

first off bro ur asking in the wrong area, this is not a discussion, its a ppc question.

u might want to soft rest ur phone.. after setting up htc hhc u dont need to do anything to the phone bcuz it does it on its own...if a sorf reset doesnt work u may need a hard rest..

can someone please move this thread..

sorry bout that didnt mean to put it on the wrong section... but i had to do a hard reset on it, i was adding diffrent backgrounds on my HHC and diffrent icons it didnt have all the icons on it automaticly and it overloaded the phones storage...but i got it back working thanks anyway though....
