yes go with 17 since it is the newest and most stable as of yet.... i dont use since i got the touch pro and diamond but have heard great things bout this :>

Question:

I miss 3 things most when using TouchFlo. Is it possible to skin them in or create a new page on the tape for them? Or is there a different version that supports them?

1. It does not display when you have voicemail.
2. It does not display your tasks. I use David Allen's GTD and tasks are sort of my lifeblood.
3. It only displays one calendar entry at a time.

I could almost do without the pretty analog clock if this stuff were available. No criticism here of the package or your hard work Mike, just checkin to see if anyone knows if this featureset is available.

First I want to say Thank you to Mike for this grouping of files. I was wondering what rom people are using for the mogul. I downloaded Kaos' new hybrid and it works tons better than the stock rom. But, touchflo2D still takes up too much of the ram...It gats laggy when I start using the windows interface. Just wondering what roms everyone is using for the app. with their Moguls or if anyone had a suggestion. I think the one recommendation for the rom that gives you 32mb of free rams link is no longer working. Any help would be awesome. I have been doing way too many hard resets trying different roms out.

yeah the mogul isnt really the greatest device to use any RAM guzzling apps like this on and there isn't much you can do about it for lack of hardware...Koas's rom is one of the best for RAM space, so my only suggestion would be to get rid of any apps that you aren't using that might use a chunk of RAM

i dont have a mogul so dont know from experience but i do believe that kaos's hybrid rom is the best on RAM out of his other ones

yeah thats the one I have. I Know that take 3 has more free ram at startup just not sure if it will particularly run faster with touch flo 2d in comparison to the take 5. You are sooooo lucky that all this stuff is a thing of the past now that you have the diamond and the touch pro.

for sure i was the beginning of the mogul before custom roms, having them revoke the rom 2 days after release...... shit man been through it all.... i had one of the originals that have the pocketpc wrote below the screen :>

Since we have TouchFlo I figured it was worth asking if we also have a working HTC Contacts similar to on the Touch Pro or Diamond. I love the contacts UI in TouchFlo and it is such a letdown leaving that and going to plain old windows mobile contacts.

Any advice!? TIA! :)

Everything is working great except my photo album wont shot my camera shots folder
when I'm set to store to my storage card this is what I do and what I get

I select album then camera shots they show up then I click menu then set album as favorite the OK then x out.....

what I end up with on the photo and video screen is the generic camera icon and underneath it says no photo availible...

When I set my camera to save to the main memory I only see the pics not the vids..

Any body know what to do...

i just downloaded and its great. all the tabsd work and it looks real smooth. i was wondering though. is there any way to chage the style of the clock, and are skins out for this yet? i know someone was working on it.

did you even bother to do a search out of curiosity??? go to the themes section from the side menu and it has its own section.....

So I downloaded update 18, and I have a few questions. When you say that it has all the needed files, and the rest is up to us, does that mean that that this update covers ALL the files from the previous update except the "not needed but recommended" folder? And is there a specific order that I need to install? How does the weather work, or do I need to install anything else? Sorry, but the description is kind of unclear. Just want to know If all the tabs will work, or if I need to install other items. Also, how is the messaging? The last time I installed touchflo, it kept freezing up when I tried to check my sms or mms.

Ok. Yesterday I upgraded to the newest update, and I'm having a hell of a time getting skins, themes, and the like to work on it. Everytime I install a skin or a theme, whether its a cab file or just new windows folder files, I go to re-launch touch flo, and it says launching, but then goes back to saying "tap here to launch touch flo" and never loads it. Even the tf2d digital clock cab makes it do this. I've hard reset 4 times in the last 2 days trying to figure it out, but I keep getting the same results. Any insight? Strike it up to it being in BETA still?

the new version changed the xml so most themes dont work due to the graphics location, you can try manila2d customizer and see if you can apply them there or to go back to older versions (17 worked very well for me)

its in the windows folder and you can use total commander to edit. its risky cuz you can screw up manila by messing with it. try to use manila2d customizer to port and apply themes

find the single cab for voume control in one of the previous releases, install it, and then uninstall it. Its should be removed now

i never had this problem with version 13 which i used to run when i had my touch, maybe its something in the new version that does this,i still havent gotten the chance to test it

what version are you using??? i have version 14 which runs like a champ and has a contacts fix for that problem

i think i want to take a crack a this, i havent yet but all i see is this interface all ova the net and the themes are off the hook, where would i start 2 install this on my sprint touch, i know theres 30 pages here on this but theres alot of download links, can any1 show me the light? and the all the haters GO NETS BABY PRESEASON!!!!!!!!!!!

Instructions are in the download. And the files you install are labeled by order 1-16 or something like that.

this is some really fun stuff! basicly plug and play. couple question. is there a faster way to lock my touch besides going threw my setting? and i'm getting not enough free space for youtube. i added these files to my storage card. also when i launch the browser, and i try to type in a new address it only puts number in the address bar. even though it's on xt9. thanks peace

If you use S2U2, you can lock it bu setting your camera button to run S2U2 when you press and hold (To avoid accidental locks hits from just pushing it). I'd recommend that. Its what I do.

As for the youtube problem, I've heard of people having that problem, but I don't remember what the fix was. Which update of this M2D did you install? Have you tried the ravest youtube fix?

I hate Opera, so I don't use it. No help there from me, sorry...

dowloaded the m2d .10. fixed the youtube issue. moved some stuff from my main storage to the sd card, giving me some room for it. nope no s2u2. don't think i'm gonna keep this on my touch for long. spent a day with it. also after shutting my touch off, then trying to text. it change my keypad and will not let me change it from the tiny keypad. grr thanks
