if your using touchflo then you need to actually open the txt messages if not just open each txt message until it goes away.

i would try high-lighting all the messages.. then click and hold down, mark as unread. then click and hold down, mark as read... try that.. good luck!

i would hold off for a day or 2.... if you are impatient...(it sounds like you are)... Just do a hard reset!

install the cracked vito sms chat found on here and itll do the trick. then you can uninstall it if you don't like it.

omg!! I have had this samee thing for a month! its the most annoying thing ever. I think I have it figured out though. do you uuse any programs for backing up or restoring? like maybe sprite backup?

the reason that i ask is that i started with this problem after i did a restore with sprite after installing a custom rom to save me the time and headache of reinstalling god knows how many apps. And i am pretty sure that i had one unread message when i had done the backup and after restoring "THERE IT WAS!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Hopefully there's someone on here that's good with the registry and can tell you what to mod in our registries for an instant fix. I have way to much precisely detailed and customized and intertwined programs on here to start all over. I just cant and I'm not willing to do it.

yes i do have efficasoft backup. but i havent used it in 4ever lol

that would explain it as well. most definately! make sure everything is read and cleared out on outlook. even unsent messages/email. try that out and let me know

ok i tried that and still nuthin i realy F'n want 2 kill my phone nuthin seems 2 b workin i realy dont want 2 hard reset cuz it takes me almost 2 hrs 2 get it where i had it

I have a similar problem... my phone keeps sending an old message to the same contact over and over.. i deleted the contact but it keeps sending it at least 50 times a day

well theres your fackn problem... one of your programs probably has it bugged. be careful putting the programs back on your mogul one of them is prolly fackn ju up.

ok.... so i got a txt last nite.... read it.... and the 1 unread txt just randomly went away!!! so thanks 2 yall 4 the great help i got. means alot :toothy6:
