It appears you may have possibly fulfilled #1, but I'm not sure. It's a heck of a lot easier searching for a name of an application rather than a general idea of what the application is.

Look folks, these guys don't just have all this stuff sitting around on their pc's. My guess is what they have they've probably already posted.

WOW. I think everyone would love an app like this. I know this is a phone card but is there an app that anyone knows of that can do the same thing? This www.spoofapp.com alows you to put any number and any name in so when you call someone their caller id will show whatever name and number you put in. Man that would be cool for someone who dont want to answere my call. Another website is www.phonegangster.com

yeah i myself have been looking for something like this but havent found a version that isnt server side at this point...... they all seem to be monthly charges straight to your bill.

Or any other sound meter app for windows mobile. Just looking for one that displays an approximate db rating. Pocket RTA seems too complicated for what I am looking for but it will work. I used to use Soundmeter on my 6700 but it will not work on my 6800.

i have tried to find a version myself but it isnt crackable since it is a pre-registered exe that is sent to you when you purchase. so unless someone buys and shares with everyone it is a no go.

Supported devices

For the moment, it's only available for the HTC Touch Pro (aka Raphael) and HTC Touch Diamond. Not tested on Touch Viva, Touch 3G nor Touch HD, testers are welcome!

* For PocketShield to function properly, device must have an integrated light sensor and G-sensor(accelerometer).

Software requirements

Microsoft .Net Compact Framework 3.5(if your device didn't came with it). The complete Microsoft package is 33MB. Don't panic! only a bit of it goes to your device, so you may get this faster (2.58MB).

PocketShield installation instructions:

1. Copy the downloaded InstallPocketShield.CAB file from your PC to any directory on your device.
2. If you don't have the Compact Framework 3.5 download this CAB and put it also at any directory on your device.
3. On your device, install the .Net Compact Framework CAB. If done previously skip this step.
4. On your device, click the file InstallPocketShield.CAB and follow instructions.
Done. To start PocketShield do Start-->Lock. To change settings go to Start-->Programs-->PocketShield.

Recent updates and fixes:

11/5/08: For some languages, if having trouble with clock display or system errors please install this ClockPatch.CAB. Version 2.0 will include this fix.
11/1/08: Added to the ReadMe file: To answer a call with hardware key without unlocking, key must be pressed twice.
10/28/08: Fix: Second calls(call while in a call) were not supported and made screen unlockable.
10/27/08: Website fix! the link to the .Net Compact Framework was wrong. It pointed to the PC framework, it is now pointing to the correct one.
10/27/08: Fix for clock display not showing minutes on devices with time format HH.MM.
10/27/08: Double "Lock" icon created in Programs is now removed.
10/24/08: Minor fix. The first call received right after soft reset was not being protected.
10/22/08: Minor fix. Some users where having issues when installing 1.1 without manually removing previous version. It should be irrelevant now.

Added: Disable auto unlock with light when doing "Start-->Lock". It is re-enabled after power off and resume. Useful for when you want to have your phone locked while ON, ie while listening music.
Added: Option(in Settings) to directly power off device when doing "Start-->Lock".
