Phone Number Format

I am using a T-Mobile Wing. My country just changed to 8 digit phone numbers. Now all my phone book entries and call records are formatted in U.S. style: (xxx) xxx-xx. Is there a way I can change the phone number format? I can't find anything under regional settings or phone settings.

you have to individually change each. :P

Thanks...there still seems to be some sort of template that is forcing all incoming calls in this format: (xxx) xxx-xx. Is there a way to change this template?

my guess would be a registry key of some sort

Yea I would go and click phone settigns and you can change the format the way the numbers come in.. Either with the "-" or a space or just the digits alone

Sorry, I can't find any way to do it under Phone Settings. Can you provide any more details?

I am open to going into the registry, but not sure what setting to change.
