Does that mean I can switch between Sprint and Verizon anytime? I ask because I just signed up for Sprint (switching from Verizon) and I won't be able to activate my new Mogul on Sprint until Monday. If I can switch my Mogul to work on Verizon until Monday, that would be sweet. I can test out this Mogul finally... Let me know if I misunderstood...

no, all that means is that it will work on all providers that are already activated.

it means it will work with all cdma providers.

Just flashed the rom and looks good. However, i noticed it didn't ask to provision for sprint at bootup. Is that normal? I also noticed I'm missing some of the Sprint Apps which I was using...sprint tv and sprint navigator. Are those all gone with that rom?

If I need to go to a stock rom. Do you know of any stock roms out there that would work with your Vista Ultimate?

just go to file explorer and than extended rom. than all you have to do is install the iota and the cabs of your choice.

there isnt any... stock roms are bloated... you have to go xustom.

Well D/\sh...flashed the new rom, ran Wisbar and still no desktop folder...as excited as i was about trying vista mobile, i think i'm throwing in the towel. I think for the time being, I'm gonna head back to the original rom. I like this one cause it's so quick. But don't have time to mess with it too much right now. I tried finding an original rom on the rom page. But I wasn't able to. Is there one on here by any chance? if not, know where I can find one?

why head back to stock though? the custom are fdaster, more stable, and have less troubles with apps, as well as manage memory better....

Well I would have liked a different rom which will make my Mogul faster. However, the Take 5 wasn't too much to my taste and I don't really want to spend too much time messing with it. I did find a nice rom I liked on here which was really close to the original but it was for the touch and wouldn't flash to my phone. I'll keep looking for other roms that would fit for what i'm looking for. Let me know if you know of any...

i dont understand....... kaos' has a clean rom (as clean as you can get without losing important windows features) and you want a clean rom. kaos has the best rom out there stability wise thanks to him and no2chem.

Sorry, i guess I wasn't too clear... The rom it's self was super fast.They did an awesome job on it. It just had too many custom touches to it that weren't to my taste and would have taken a while to go through...I'll probably end up going back to it eventually. But for now, I'm on the stock rom.

what a bunch of lazy bastards stick to the thread christ on a pony, thanks dash u rule. quick question I moved the vista landscape and portriat to the theme folder and it dosent show up in the change themes area. I don't think ill ever get the right theme for my mogul.

hahahahaha for sure im used to having to repeat the basics of the site even though they are all in the noog guide and the rules that the noobs agree to when signing up..... ( by the way i love the avatar :> been wings fan... used to live in grand rapids, mi) and for the not showing have you taken a look at the video and tried to do it both on your phone as well as through mobile device center or activesync?

yes I tried both my computer took too long in the activesync and I also had to go into the directory the desktop folder didn't show up right away. I moved the files there and my comp took too long so I said screw it and moved the files from my phone into that directory. Im about to give up tho I hate to go off topic and noob it up but for my mogul what would u recommend as the best interface that wouldn't kill my ram. btw go wings and I used to live in mi too out by detroit and in the up.

soyou got the folder through activesync but didnt wait? why not jsut transfer it before you fall asleep and than wake up in the morning and you will be good to go :>

as said through this thread already as well in the first post, you will aslo need wisbar advance desktop to get this working.

If i was patient that's what i'd do but I had to go back to work and it just seemed odd that it would take my comp that long, I transfered garmin onto a memory card quicker then that. I appreciate the help but I have raised the white flag and I went back to tfl2d, and when I get tired of that I'll be back over asking dumb questions lol. Thanks for the help tho.

not that i know of but take a look at the lakeridge forums and that would be your best place to find one.

yes as it states in the first post and throughout the thread you need the origianl WAD and you cant use version 2 becasue of the changes that were made to the app wouldnt allow the theme to display or be read.

hey dash I got up and running man it looks great. just a question though every app I go into at the top wisbar comes up at the top like it was before but only in app's though. is there a way to make it not do that? also on the windows start bar at the bottom is there a way to add all the progames and setting to that 1 so I don't have to usee the wisbar on top. also when I made my shortcut for skyfire its just lets me put up the folder instead the of the red S icon like it shows in thee folder. also when on desktop when I slide out my keyboard the screen goes all gooffy and don't look right. just wondering could u do a video on the setting like u did on the ul for the cube. that would be great if u can do that.

i dont have a phone that i can run that on at this point. my touch i got from lalo via trade is being used by my mom right now (to test) and the only devices i have other than that is a touch and touch pros (2)

I had downloaded it all ready and have deleteed it too about 1 hour after I downloaded it. it looked cool but took to much memmory on running programs. this vista theeme is great. having a problem though. when im sitting at the desktop im fine or if I open a app and colse it shortly after I open the app im good but if I open a app for a long period of time and exit it the wisbar desktop goes away and I have to soft rest to bring it back. is there a way to get around that so it does not happen. hey dash as I was reading the thread u said u got the iphone icons from xda right? am about to go look just making sure before I go there and look and come up with nothin.

just click and hold on the background and enter author mode than go to the link and change the image.

hey dash I just watched ur video when u had this theme on ur phone and when u clicked on the vista start bar u said that the iexplore was set to skyfire. how did u do that? did u set skyfire as ur main browser to do that? because I can't makee a short cut for skyfire without making a folder for it from my file explorer.

all you have to do is enter author mode and remap it.
