How to assign flashlight application to a soft key button

Hi, I cant seem to figure out how to assign the flashlight APP to a soft key, when i click on buttons menu, Flashlight is not any of the options, I have put the .exe file in many places, I put it in Programs file, under windows, Program Files under My Device, Program files on my storage card, and no matter what I do, i cant get it to show up as a program, and or assign it to a soft key.

you have gone to start/settings/personal/buttons and changed it from there correct?

yes, and under Buttons, when i click the choices i want, flashlight is not their, idk if im putting it in the right folder? i did a soft reset

huh i just use a cab install and it works great...... i have it somewhere around here.....

I HAVE MY FLASH LIGHT ASSIGNED TO THE 'VOICE COMMAND' (press and hold) button... i copy paste it in the WINDOWS/START MENU using resco file explorer.. hope this helps..
